In the screenshot on the main page it shows some sort of blimp on one team, but I played through the boot camp and campain and only saw the plane and bomber. How do you get that, and is there any other hidden units besides the stealth tank? And can you use any of them?
First off, very clever take on this genera. Also, the water was very well animated. Only got to the plant level, gonna try again.
One suggestion, though: if the cargo could shift around freely instead of just going up and down until it falls out, it'd be much more realistic... although also much more challenging, you might have to make the levels a bit easier if you do that.
Pretty clever, but there's a big problem with the game- took me about thirty seconds to solve, but five and a half minutes to actually move the ball through it. If you could free-rotate, and just had wasd to move and two buttons for up and down, it'd be much more fun.
Well, chance plays into the game a lot, and the "mindreading" aspect is pretty much a guess too, so after a number of games it just feels like rock paper scissors. However it's easy to pick up and put down, and there's enough strategy in the combinations to keep me coming back, especially if it's gonna be updated with new cards eventually.
I'm a big fan of destructible environments, but giving the same controls to move and aim, while dodging thick obstacles and not exiting the screen... is a bit unforgiving. Possibly aim with mouse and fire with click?
... and I just got poisoned by Herbal Preparations, cast by my Popo but somehow buffing my opponent's Yoshiro. It's a fun game, but seriously, lots of bugs...
I've gotten some pretty weird errors from time to time... effects happening to a character before someone even attacks... once my opponent got +10 damage to all attacks for the first few turns for no reason... including attacks that hit multiple times. Ouch. Needless to say I lost that one.
While I kinda like the idea, it had the worst, most awkward controls of any game I've ever played. You need more than one button to play a platformer, and even with that one-button control, it still wasn't very responsive and only registered about half the time and otherwise made me waste any magic I actually had, which didn't regen.
