Byzantines: after acquiring the first point of a belief grants a second point only at the very first belief system. I was hoping it will happen at each time I acquire the first point towards a new belief.
Very little actual play with a lot of busywork. If I could at least play the tower defense game, but no, it costs "energy", if I could play it for no reward or fractional reward when out of energy that would be great, unfortunately the devs did not think the main game itself was good enough to lure in players.
A complete restart could give some advantages, for example if I have at least one character at the max level, the max would increase by 10. Or there could be some kind of increase in the quality of the weapons made by the blacksmith. (Right now the weapons I loot at level 70 are better than the weapons the blacksmith can make.)
What we really need is a button at each level "grind this until I log in again" and then start it, and the gladiators would do that single opponent over and over without me even logged in. Basically I would get a just a pile of gold and XP next time I log in based on the level and the level of the opponent I selected. Of course I need to be able chose from the following 4 options: Always Mercy, Always Blood, go with the crowd, go against the crowd.
There should really be some kind of advantage in clearing a column. Also the spider web should be just effective when a character can do less than 100 damage. With the right combo buffing and debuffing should occur.
This game needs a coordinate system, so I can take notes, where did I find stuff, especially on the large planes, it would be even better to have auto note feature taking down the coordinates of every object I see.
The longterm progress is (hopefully) in the ascension of characters. I wish there was a way to ascend items too. If Items leveled up with use, they could ascend too, right, and be available for next quest. The more items it is ascended the more powerful shape they would be in like the heroes.
Great game, though I would enjoy it more if the order I have to fight in various areas wasn't hardcoded. If there was some kind of built in but hidden variable: lets say until I make an area all 3* in an other area opponents have triple armor and HP and it gives only 1/3 of Xp. So fighting cities in the right order would make it much easier to win, but the right order wouldn't be completely obvious. Fighting in the wrong order would make it next to impossible.
Mayhem level should open up for all stages when it opens up for the first. It is nothing much left from the game, but at least it would be still fun to play.
With 75 ranks (25 more) abd oly 2 sp/rank this would be a bit more balanced. I am maxed and didn't even finish the game yet, didn't collect all the badges either.
