it's definitely hard, but it's nice to *have* to utilize all the aspects of an action game to actually beat it, instead of having 10 easy ways to plow through. Besides, there's not a lot too this game, if it was easy to get through, it wouldn't have any replay value. I enjoy the difficulty. The flying feels great!, especially once you get your thrust upgraded really high, it'd be nice to see this flying mechanism in a larger scale game. For a "kill a whole bunch of mindless enemies" game it totally delivers. It's like choplifter and dynasty warriors made a baby. ... and yeah, there's decent amount of bugs and balancing that needs to take place, but hey, the dude made it in like a month... he'll get around to it.
it's simple and well polished. The difficulty levels are well-balanced. The little twists fit well. I'd say it's better than a load of the trash on app stores.... Add 3 more world themes and sell it, dude!
How about something to spend the gold on? Anything would be fine. Upgrades, different hands, stars in the background. If it doesn't serve a purpose, don't include it.
Nice to see some online play coming out for unity. However the gameplay itself is isn't great. 5 stars in my heart for the idea. 2 stars for how the game actually is.
