@Ephraimheart, for duals, click once to begin the dual, you'll see 'Get ready', don't click!.. Wait till that changes to 'Fire', and then click asap, 'cause else it'll be you who gets shot ;)
I love the game maybe even more than the previous one, but PLEASE add a reset button. Adding an option to make more mistakes only makes it more annoying when you want to go for 'no mistakes'. :| And in relaxing levels, finding out you made a mistake in the end, it's often a lot easier to restart a puzzle instead of finding and fixing mistakes. (but not now, unless you want to click the 'go back one move'-button a million times)
Decent, node-movement works well, unless you get toooo close to some edges it seems. I think there could be some intermediate levels added, now the amount of nodes ramps up quite quickly, other than that, nice game :)
NVM, I shouldn't be so impatient :') . For anyone trying out the 375 Gen1 challenge: Use limithack to get to lvl9 first, then collect once, use limit hack, then collect once, rinse and repeat.
Reached tier 4, and saving for the first upgrade. The only sort of progression I'm getting at this point is when using the energy & offline boost at the same time.
Getting 300 Gen1's is hard even without the challenge-modifiers, same goes for getting 250 Gen2's. Hope there's some rebalancing in the future, I've seen some useful critiques in the comments.
I think this game could be nice, but it really needs arrow or wasd control, using space as the jump key only works for one-button games. It might also be helpful to add a description to resources in the inventory. Looks like it could have some potential though, I like the aesthetics :)
I like the concept and the style :) . What I don't like is the screen 'shaking', as it shakes up movement a little, and sometimes (I think because copies jump) it glitches, making invisible walls I run into. It'd also be nice if the mute button worked outside of the pauze screen.
Looks cute, could use a mute-button. Not all outcomes feel equally logical, and it's odd that there's a thing like 'too much happiness'. It might be nice if outfits gave some sort of bonus? Though I'm guessing the clubs will do that (havent gotten there yet). Good job on the pixelart :)
I like it so far, though you could add some slight improvements: R-key for restart, p for pause/menu, m for mute, change the music-button to a musical note (now it looks like a settings button), and give falling platforms a different color, or give it some diagonal lines as if it were cracked, so it is distinguishable from others. It might also help if red blocks you can go through were bright red, while red blocks that stop you were a darker shade. Maybe switch level 1 and 2, where you learn red blocks are evil in level 1, and then get the new mechanic of the save-in-red-block in level 2. Also, some people might like using the wasd keys better. Good luck!
thanks :) that's encouraging us!
