If you use well known trick questions, at least also include the obvious answers. The water lilies question needed 30 as an answer. With only 57-61 as answers, it's way too easy.
Some sequences are simply impossible to guess. My final mistake was assuming that the "blue" sequence +5 +7 would continue with +9. The game wanted +11...
Good artwork, but it could use a few additional details to make the game harder.
As it is now, pretty much half of anything that stands out in one picture is a difference.
Too little variation: ((Order in patient, click all examinations you can do, look at list of symptons, choose disease) Repeat until you've got enough cash to buy next disease) repeat ad infinitum
Score system really needs work, it's easier to get gold than bronze or silver. (meaning either you screw up and you don't even get bronze, or you're good and get a pretty easy gold)
Yeah Watercleave, luck plays a small role compared to skill, especially on those wonderful levels where you need to connect two of a color, and are dealt none.
As long as the game doesn't make sure you're dealt at least the bare minimum to complete a level, it doesn't deserve more than 2/5
