Wow, I opened one hundred cards in a row and didn't get a single gem or artifact. I have 10672 event point so far and have unlocked 1 artifact through gem retrieval and have 3 gems. I've played close to 250 cards with no gems or artifacts total since my last gem. I'm sorry but the game sure looks like it's rigged. I know all decks don't have gems or artifacts but at least a quarter to half of them do. That means, I lost somewhere between 65 to 125 games of "one chance in six" in a row. Possible? Yes. Likely? Not unless the game is rigged.
Ads seem to be not working. I click on the ok button for an ad and the game stops like it's supposed to but no video pops up. Have to refresh my browser to get the game working again. Happened 5 times in a row, now I hit no thanks for now.
Sorry about that stingo1. Do you have any kind of an ad blocker running? We don't have a whole lot of control over the ad network or the ad popup, but I will make a note of your issue all the same. I hope things are working a little better now!
We do have an issue with them at the moment. The team is working on a fix right this very moment actually. Once its ready and passes through QA, we will get it out to you guys. Sorry for the inconvenience!
The paragon doesn't seem worth it now. 3% to damage increase? I'm sure it's more as you get higher levels but each paragon should give you enough push to get you to where you can get more the next time. This don't seem like it.

Coin prices are a much too high. Make the first few levels and characters much much cheaper and leave the higher level stuff where it is. I didn't even play long enough to buy my first level up. (got to 1100 coins) First level up should be 500 coins and next should be 1000. First new person should be 2000 or less.

Is it me or does raising the luck of the crew do nothing? Every time I send people on a mission, they all come back injured even though I upgraded the heck out of luck. I'd figure at least a few would start coming back unharmed out of 75 after the first 12 planets.
Ah, I see I havent made it clear that crew luck means you need to send less crew per mission. I might even just rename the word luck to something else...
Game hasn't worked for months. Unity load error. Using IE with windows 7. Kinda sucks since I bought stuff in the game before it stopped working. Why aren't you fixing this?
