Secret to beating the game: Luck. We all know that the Golden Gun speeds you up like hell. Just get 4 more ammunition and you're done. (Also, the Golden gun should be used over time.) And I recently discovered that the Nuclear Thingy also gives you a hint of speed.
Easy game even on hard mode.. at the last level just keep spamming tanks with your RP and army waiting time upgrade, then send out motars. Its a great improvement from warfare 1917, 5/5.
Just keep your running at a uniform speed by knocking into obstructions. Well I am not that good at this game though :/ 4/5, based on mostly skill and familiarization and a little of luck.. I don't like luck.
