Isn't the upgraded blaster a bit overpowered? Since nearly all heroes have armor and there are much more loops than long straight paths in the maps, the blasters are the only damage source I ever used, and I got 3 stars on my first try on nearly every mission.
The fort salesman could simply offer to take you to safety with his truck, but he won't. Think about it : if he did, who else would buy his wasteland-creature-proof forts? :)
For all people who have trouble with truck energy (uses too much resources or produces too much smog) : use natural gas for trucks, whatever the map is. If there is no gas source on the map, use recycling centers to make gas ; you can easily have up to 8 trucks with only gas from recycling centers.
Get a brilliant career. Fight your way to the top, live your passion to the fullest, and make a ton of money. Then spend all your money on useless bling and expensive "energy" drinks. Have your girlfriend ruin your career. Then spend the rest of your life as a useless and broke has-been. Aaah, stardom :)
Gold is the best material to make sails. Sailors are the ship's armor. Beware of angry chickens, they can sink your ship. To capture loot, shoot cannonballs at it *before* you capture the ship, or else it's lost forever. What a great lesson of seamanship :)
With a star rating of 7, I make just slightly more money (11/match and 3/goal) as I did when I had a star rating of 2 (7/match and 2/goal). And when I ask for a raise, my boss tells me "you already have quite a lucrative deal for your star rating". Isn't something wrong? That's not very lucrative to me...
To intercept the ball when there are 3 players, look at the players of the opposite team. A text bubble will pop over one of the 3 players' head, and the ball will be passed to this player. It took me ages to figure this out, and once you understand that, intercepting becomes a piece of cake.
Is it just me or is it impossible to get a raise after star level 2? I got the first promotion (6/match and 2/goal), but I am now level 4 and I still can't get anything better than this...
usual strategy game : A kills B, B kills C, C kills A. Defend your cheese : mice are useless, rats eat cheese, cat and owl kill everything. Anything wrong? :)
This game is good, but unphysical. You can't speed up or slow down in mid-air by moving your arms, the only thing you can do that way is change your orientation (like parachutists do). At least tell the players that it's what it does, I took more than 20 runs to figure out what the arrow keys really did.
Nice game, a good continuation of the series. Two downsides though : 1) the "duck team" thing is just useless, the game is still about building up one super-duck anyways. 2) DuckLife has always had a fair share of grinding, but here it is just too much. DuckGrind 4!
A list of (minor) bugs I saw : 1) Sometimes the games freezes at the very beginning of a batle, you have to press pause and play again to unfreeze it 2) Sometimes the zombie population becomes negative for no adequate reason 3) sometimes you don't lose the game despite having negative money for a long time, for example when you start the game and do nothing
but you get huge up of ability to the burn the monsters, it is not a bug
