It is only because there is no baby in my immediate vicinity that world count of babies that have been punched in the last 5 minutes has not increased by 1.
For those of you who got the badge after 49, check the very first level, it's listed in the top right as 0. if you count that as a level, level 49 done plus that is 50.

Found a good strategy (not that its horrible difficult anyways, but still).
Everyone else probably found this, but if you click repeatedly rather quickly, you can get around the whole 50% thing, and it all hits at almost the same time.
