just dont feed the high reputation's players animals, if you dont have the food. those always have some trees standing around you can chop if no crops/palms available
For the efficientcy score it would have been nice to have counters in the rooms that show what the score is based on. Eg. steps: 0, pulls: x, activations: x, rotations:x. That would also be interesting to see what exact result one got.
I posted a list of score requirements for each room in the news section. And you can see how many points you were awarded in the menu - the points are added when the exit door open (or when you're near it, if it's open from the start).
If game produces error when choosing language, this is probably an mozilla issue. It can't be solved by developer. Read here https://support.mozilla.org/de/questions/1156131 -.- you have to use different browser
I kinda like the game, but what turned me super down was the tutorial. It explains a s*** about what you're supposed to do, you can't look at the buildings and menues in your own way, you can't even access the settings. . . . Proposals: make the settings accessible from the start, actually make all buttons available from the start (potentially block actually building anything, but still make the build menue readable), explain or hint that the aim of the first town is to build a Plunko board. You could have that up as a task (the scrolls you get for the tutorial) ("Make 10m, then build a Plunko Board") or just include it in the last speech bubble of Mr. Bussiness ("I'll check back on your progress when you build a Plunko Board" / "Don't forget building a Plunko Board after developing your town for a bit, it makes for a great decoration")
Tutorials are tricky things. We get complaints that it's too long, so I am going to address that in an update here soon. The sound is off for the web version because people usually complain about sound at the start, so we turned it off. The hint about the plunko board is good and I'll take it into consideration.
To get the badge you have to get a POSITIVE score for one run. If you spend too much time running back and fourth quit back to the main menu (press Esc) then take the shortcut to the crypt and "rush" through the rooms relativly fast.
So I found that thing, that looks like a light bulb and the glass thingy, both of which obviously make a whole lightbulb. I can't do anything with them... *Opens walkthrough* "Combine the bulb glass and the lightbulb base to get a whole lightbulb. " Really? I hadn't guessed. Now if only the game description or the controls or SOMETHING actually told you how to do that. ...Seriously... and also the walktrough should have how to open the Inventory pick the "combine" option on the left, then choose two items.
Could you show how much Mr. Boggins "Diversity Day" ability does in total? Like I have him in formation + 3 robots/orks and when I hover over him it says "Increases all Gold by 10%" (but it does 30%) and hovering over the ability in the crusader bench also should show the total, I think.
Thank you.
I've enjoyed this game for a while and there's some small features I'm surprised aren't already included: More hotkeys, especially one to toggle auto-pause (maybe one to bring up the changelog). The P Hotkey should not only open the Play history, but also close it. And pretty importantly: Since you changed the Resurrection ability on Alan to 5 mins, it should also have a timer in the pop-up.
Thank you for the feedback. We don't really need a hot-key for the auto-pause option. Most players turn it off and never turn it back on again. It doesn't pause timers on timed objectives, it just pauses the game so you don't die while reading information or opening a lot of chests. I can add "P" closing the play history to the suggestion list along with the timer for Resurrection.
Phew, glad that worked out then :)
