I think, rather than responding to specific queries, it should respond to certain key words. That allows for what seems like more options, and it can ignore words it doesn't know in a sentence.
Also, I'd like it to answer with something if I ask, "Are you my friend?"
While this makes for an excellent shooter game, I think I would have had even more fun with it as an RPG. Nice art, interesting story, and very well done game mechanics. Despite obligations, I didn't want to stop playing.
And the bonus missions make for excellent post game activity.
A very enjoyable game. While I enjoyed the upgrade system, it seemed rather limited. I had every upgrade by the seventh level, and all three top tiers by the third. If upgrades weren't as limited, that would be good. Also, game could use some acheivments.
This game was incredibly well made.
While at first I thought it could use a level meter, both to let you know what level you are on and how far till the end of the game, I think it actually works better without it. I was totally caught off guard by the boss fight, and it took me a while in each stage to figure out how to get past each part...but it gave a feeling of immense satisfaction at each checkpoint, let alone evel complete. 5/5 and faved.
I've actually found a very easy way to defeat Pixies and Faeries and the like, which actually turns those two enemies into great EXP farms.
Step one: have Elewyn in your party.
Step Two: have everyone master the skill "Clarity" and have it equipped.
Step three: Give Elewyn enough agility that she goes before the Pixie, and have her use Dolorous Dirge.
Pixie always starts the battle with Addle gas, and with high enough spirit for Elewyn, DOlorous Dirge kills a Pixie in two turns. First Pixie turn, loses more than half health and uses the (now useless) Addle Gas. It's second turn (accelerated due to Haste), it dies.
Often times, when I'm playing this and doing other things at the same time, I come back to find I've been disconnected due to a time out. I think the addition of a reconnect button on that screen would be most helpful.
