I think a good idea is for your own 5 ships to move around, possibly dodge some bullets and such, kind of like the ships your fighting agaist does every here and there. It would be nice, and it would make another upgrade possible. Something along the lines of speed or dodge chance, capped at something like 10-15% so it isn't OP
like some people have said already, the monster stats have disappeared entirely...would it be too hard to add in a custom place to save? my browser history keeps getting cleared by family and I keep losing my saves.
@Akshaj23: That is not a glitch, thats how flash works, it exists in every game that uses flash, most people wont go though the process needed to fix it because it would mean writing more code. For a came as big and complex as this is, I don't think that is too feasible.
Protip: When bullets hit your ship while the shield is up, they get absorbed, up to the maximum, the white circle around your ship while your clicking is the 'deflect zone' in that zone, any and all bullets will get deflecting in the direction they are from the ship, so if they are below the ship, they will go down. This is a great tactic for when there is a mob of ships firing from a tight group. This game is tough early on, simply because there isn't that much range to your deflect and you cant absorb many bullets. but I have gotten upwards to 30 some stages after a few upgrades.
This game is awesome. Though I have to say a few things would make this even better.
1. Allow us to get a second ring, we have two hands, so why not two rings?
2. Allow us to filter for specific additions to our equipment, like "only pick up items with a luck bonus on it." That would really help in finding equipment we might need
3. If we don't pick up items (like Basic rank items) sell them for the money?
Of course, you would have to pay the gold in game to unlock said ideas, maybe in the special shop?
a suggestion would be adding a password system for levels so you dont have to start at level 1 again for the game...as in i beat world (put world here) so if i would have a password that would unlock to that level, so we dont repeat the story
