Hey, are the occasional price discrepancies (like getting to 1500 corvettes costing more than getting to 2000 dreadnaughts) intentional or just some quirk of the math?
Hmm... Grindy, a bit, but not unbearable. Frigging inconsistent breaking of Doors? yeah, happens, comes a spell I can't get through second set of doors while the furthest point is the fourth. And just how the heck is one supposed to be slow enough to get that wizard's flying chest to open? I'm not even ridiculously boosted yet, and it's like one hit, and stage is over...
Anyone else having almost unplayable lag in this game under Chrome?
I have turned on all the load-reducing options, and the game is still so lagged that doing anything speed-related wouldn't be worht it. Thankfully already got all the speed-click achievements, but stil, taking ten seconds to process a Hero level-up purchase?
What everyone else has been saying: Max buy/+10/+100 would be lovely. Also, numbers for the troop HP/Attack get larger than hte textboxes can hold, not that it really matters.
Also, repetitiveness is a bit high, and there really doesn't seem to be any replay value to the game.
But the balance is really off, the 'slave everyone you can' is no-braioner and after that, you only need to look at the home screen and massively spend to uprgade, then burst anotrher bunch of maps ahead. Also, clicking 'next battle' gets kinda boring when you are, after burst-upgrading, way overpowered for the first three to five maps, and you just click on new battle to get forward. A possibility of auto-advancing until next 'yellow' challenge, or something would make this truly 'idle' game.
Has some kind soul collected some info on the books one can find? I ahve come across couple few that weren't quite apparent. Like Riveting? Didn't see what effect that one had.
If you're not already, try to keep your mouse close to your hero, so it's easier/faster to turn around :) Good luck!
