Okay wow, update changed.... A lot. Now we can start out faster, but as a result, we gain money slower. Can we purchase larger boards in the future, which take longer to start up but since we're stockpiling the coins, give the appearance of getting money quicker (And let us use our coin stock faster)?
Got a pretty good distance into the game, but suddenly it wouldn't let me upgrade my first level to the third rank, despite having the needed level 5. I saved my game and refreshed, hit continue, and... It started a new game. No problem, Menu had a load button too, so I hit that and get my game back. However, my coins seemed to be maxed out at 2, despite having some levels in extra coins, and I lost auto coins. When I purchased the Extra Coins, despite it now being rank 3, I only got the effect of rank 1.
For those wondering: Extra coins increases the maximum amount AND automatically gives you that much (So drop all your coins before buying it!). I'll have to get further to figure out what the skills do.
I'm reaching the point where I gotta just sit around and wait, breaking my mouse clicking the race button. It takes a lengthy amount of time to upgrade any cars, available sponsors don't up the income enough, etc. Wondering if there's an ascension in this now?
Also: Don't make races automated. That's what the teams are for, after all, though they may need a bit of a boost.
I just opened the game and it says my abilities are level 9999, but I can't actually click on anything. Is this supposed to be some pre-game cutscene, or something that isn't working?
We're currently looking at a bug where the abilities cooldown timers get set really high. Otherwise, it should be doable when those are working properly, since warp cards reduce cooldown timers as well as grant XP and gold now.
How come there are two features that have the same per-level cost and have the same trigger/effect as one another, but one is FAR stronger? Gunner Clown and Empty Room are the two I'm talking about: Both multiply your auto damage when overdrive is at 0, both cost EXACTLY the same per level, but the Empty Room is FAR stronger than the Killer Clown. http://i60.tinypic.com/316883t.jpg
Game appears to be unecessarily large, overwhelms computer. Attempting to play it via clicking on "New Game" results in everything freezing up, except for the audio. I have to slowly inch the cursor to task manager, wait for it to load up, and eventually forcibly end the Unity task. I have tried this a few times, so it's not a one-time thing. Might have to give it a try via the external version you linked to dbb.
Game does not lock mouse into window, meaning that as you scroll around you suddenly have the cursor elsewhere... Even upon the red X to close the window!
I will eventually make bigger machines, first I am adding different coin currency.
