There should be an ancient to upgrade the amount of Clicks Per Second given by Clickstorm. Since Energize can only double it, and it only has 10 per second, without using some sort of autoclicker, I can only reach a maximum of 30 clicks per second (Ten personal, 20 Energized Clickstorm).
@HolydaySutdios: The Iron Mine is going to replace the warehouses, I assume? Why? Materials already seem to count for all forms of metal you could want, in my opinion. The problem I've had with the warehouse, like I said, is that the upgrades to it, both through City Upgrades and through Managers, are just too expensive. I feel like the Iron Mine would be a pointless and redundant addition.
@HolydayStudios Why do I want to undo the unlimited warehouse? Put simply, during earlier ascensions, while saving up a bunch of Fee for more managers, a player might need to render it unlimited in order to afford more warehouses, but eventually, they can purchase the upgrades to the stock limit, at which point they may desire to encounter the limits again (Especially since it automatically sends stuff to the port for you when you have a limit). Even if you have to send all stocks to the port to resume the limit, it would be helpful for those who feel guilty about taking advantage of the combine.
Okay, having reset my level 2 town to purchase a couple of new managers, I have some more informed feedback to give:
Yes, the initial stock limit is a serious limiter, and it slows down the game quite a bit, but once you get the first stock multiplying manager, that problem suddenly goes away, just like that. If you had added in some earlier managers to raise stock cap by lower amounts, that could solve the problem quite well--Something along the lines of the same price as the cheapest manager you can hire, with only a slight multiplier, like x3 or something. Removing the limit entirely kind of kills the experience, as suddenly everything just gets tossed into immediately being available.
If players are still feeling like the game is too slow, maybe add something active, but also minor. Maybe something that you can click for a 25% speed boost for five seconds. Gives them the feeling they're actually doing something, even when the gains remain slow.
Didn't click the question mark in the port until AFTER I clicked the combine button. Unfortunately, clicking it again does not seem to remove the Umlimited Stock status.
Suggestion: The snail varient rate is great, but the sawmills end up clumped together, themselves. They should alternate between being built on the left side and the right side.
For the IdleFruit click gain prices, I'm thinking a linear or multiplicative 200 starting price. Linear being 200, 400, 600, etc, and multiplicative being 200, 400, 800, 1600, etc. It would leave the player a reason to still use the idle Fruits Per Second, but also take advantage of the Fruit Per Click.
This is just what I, personally, think would work best, though. Might be a good idea to get other's opinions on it.
@k1darek I think you'd be getting more gold anyways if enemies spawned more often. In addition to the level changer, a spawn timer would be very beneficial. Be able to say spawn after this many seconds, or spawn this many per second.
Clicking on the bacon rapidly seems to induce some heavy delay in responsiveness. I'm a rapid-clicker, getting my currency really quick in these games, but it seems that this particular one doesn't like that. Don't think I'll be able to play this unless that gets fixed, unfortunately.
Okay, bit of criticism: The Per Click should be a LOT cheaper than it is right now. As it stands, the player is encouraged to idle play, rather than active play, since you'll have a LOT of Fruits Per Second by the time you can afford even 1 upgrade for the FPC.
It says at the top you were forced to release this? What happened there?
Regardless, you said it was made so you could learn stuff, and advancing it will certainly help you learn more, so I guess there's some good to it.
Bug with the loading screen: By clicking and holding the mouse button, you can direct the penguin off screen. Should have a boundary that the penguin is not allowed to pass.
After obtaining my first prestige, it seems my miners are unable to harvest anything when I'm offline UNLESS they're overpowered for the currently active material. This is really annoying, since I don't want to risk caveins when I'm not even here to slow my guys down.
Hello there ! We aim to replace Warehouse with something better that would fit the philosophy of Holyday City ! Trust us that we wont let you down :)
