Pretty hard to play with the touchpad. :-/ And sux that it looses focus when the mouse moves out of the flash box. Then the ball just freezes where it was. So it's close to impossible to move quickly without reducing your mouse accelleration. Still a fun game! 4/5
Good game, would be great if it weren't so damn repetitive. Agreed with others. After you reach the max size, there's nothing interesting left to happen. Just keep going in circles and clean up areas. Not interested in doing it for 7900 more areas, though. Need something to keep it interesting.
Games can be hard in different ways. 1) they require skill. 2) they require lots of trial and error. This one unfortunately falls in to the latter. Too frustratingly hard since the behavior on certain elements such as the vortex are almost impossible to predict and the targets are too small to hit with little accuracy in aiming. I normally like games of this style but this one has taken it a little past the enjoyable zone. Still thanks for the game. 3/5
Good game but would be much better if the career mode had more than just "buy the latest and greatest and unleash" for strategy. More than just the range-power trade-off is needed to create strategy. Multiple types of weaponry, styles of robots, maybe speed vs weapon power, etc. As much as the career mode is easy, the challanges are hard. Probably because I'm trying to play them with a touch pad on a laptop. :)
Agreed with others on the art and concept being great but the battle strategy elements being very weak. You just end up attacking with little strategy since any kind of strategic move such as placement of men sets you back too much. Also, you are not allowed to position at the beginning so it's almost luck to get the nice placement at the beginning of a battle. 4/5
Would be much more fun if you could see more of your surrounding. This is too much blind driving. Especially when you're up in the air, since the landscape changes too rapidly, it's impossible to tell when you're about to come down until you're almost on the ground. Otherwise, pretty fun game. 4/5
It is definitely too fast-paced to think and strategize. I agree with those that said this would be much more thought oriented if it were turn-based. Then you could react to the opponent's moves more so than is possible now.
This game would be very much enjoyable if the pathfinding was a little more than mediocre. My men keep getting stuck at buildings and turrets and get butchered.
