There are 7 character specific endings, 1 normal (default) ending, and 1 "special" ending that you can get after finishing all of the other endings.
As a side note, you cannot vote on the special ending, so votes will only go towards one of the 7 character specific endings.
According to the forums, the "Play Now Failed, Error=2" is related to 5-card games, and doesn't go away until the server resets at midnight. So, until this bug has been confirmed to be fixed, don't try and play 5-card games.
Actually, I would prefer if turns didn't auto-end when you moved your last unit, regardless. It makes it impossible to undo that last unit's actions, if you ever wanted to.
I was making sure the game took long enough to give rank points, as well as give both of us safe cracker points. Some of the maps right now are over so quick that the item drop screen says "game was too short to reward safe cracker points."
The Lancer Tank isn't supposed to be a mainstream unit. It is similar to the Scorpion Tank because the game forces you to make a decision as to whether you want the +20% attack from the Scorp or the special ability of the Lancer at the same cost.
Phyrexian, you will always have the same unit options as your opponent. If one person has premium units available in a battle, everyone gets access to them.
Item drops are random. Just because you get to the drop screen (which is every time a match is over) doesn't mean you're guaranteed an item. Stop complaining.
Pro tip #1: Don't be overly intimidated by rockets. They do less damage then you think, are expensive, and die in one hit to most units (including to infantry if they're on roads).
