Yes, I vote a game lower if it involves benefits from creds, since I'm not buying them, I can't reach the whole content therefore it's a bad game or at least worse than it could be, not worth 5/5.
Yes, I vote games low if they are too hard, I just don't enjoy playing too hard (nor do easy) games. It's not like I'm gonna think "oh, it's too hard for me, maybe I should rate 5/5 because it's good for someone."
Yes, I vote clones low, because it's repetitive to play a similar game again (not TDs though).

Rapid Bowgun is NOT the only way to go. I've been doing fine, level 40 now, with Shotgun and Auto Shotgun combo. Auto Shotgun with damage, reload and accuracy mods. Shotgun with leech, damage and accuracy mods. 3 allies wearing modded Laser Pistols too!

Guys who say the game is too hard: No, you just suck. It's been pretty easy to me throughout the game, every now and then I need to go back and get a better score, which is just nice. Don't say the game sucks if you suck!
