After like 50 attempts.. I made it. I beat marathon. :D
Tip: make sure your defenders are not wasted, place them where they can hit both lanes. use slow and debuff wisely. I had 80% of my defenders in the lower part of the map.
My main force was firemages, general. no splash. had well upgraded bluemages to counter the diablos. in the middle circle I used 4 necromancers that I upgraded as much as i could.
The finalboss is one tuff SOB.. ran 5 times thru my setup. I beat it with 2 life left..and he only runs in the left lane. great game! :D
I got to lvl 48 on marathon , by going pure mage green,red and necromancers. All the green specialized on poison, reds general, and necromancers on general. Still not sure how the necrosis works. I think my setup could improve with some slow, but that wrecks my earlygame. Tricky..
I finished the last mission .. after hours of trial and error.
What I completely missed is that you can stack buffs like speed,range and dmg. and that way create very powerfull combos with a few high quality towers.
I solved the last mission, by placing 4 Sonic towers on tiles in the upper corner, and fill all the empty squares left with speedbuff fully upgraded. And had a 6 pack of tiled Phasetowers with dmg and range buff at my base. Made 3 fully upgraded AAtowers to catch the odd ones that got thru.. also good vs airboss. Great game.
Im stuck at the first mission you get plasmatower, got to wave 23. Extremly frustrating, as i cant figure out how to beat this level. If anyone has completed it.. plz write me a hint!?!?
I think there is a bug with the Plasmatower, it says it target air and groundunits, but I have only observed it damaging groundunits. Tor

I set it on hard from the start.. played the tutorial , and proceeded to first level.
This game is no fun , too easy.. nothing to do after 5 min... then 25 min of boredom.. to much money flowing in ... never lost one tower.. the mobs didnt even get near it.. and it takes forever.. really needs some balancing.. upgrade cost and research is pointless.. when they cost 200 gold.. 300 gold. when u earn like 5000 gold per minute.. 2/5 +1 for gfx
I would enjoy this game much more with less randomness. no fun to work hard, but never be able to replace the startingun caus of wierd drops/guns available in store.. the game is designed to be savetryload abused...
I like TD games.. a novel twist..
I only played the first 6 levels. The game rewards mediocre play, crushing the levels fast and hard SHOULD be rewarded! Instead one have to drag out the battle to try and get a highscore. OH and way to many options. This game need some balancing. 3/5
