Well I spoke too soon, I hadn't played the "Fully Loaded" level. I don't say this about much, but it's worth saying here: that level is absolute crap and should get your game removed. The expected solution is to reload the page god knows how many times. Even for people with fast internet connections this is stupid. Giving up and retrying the level is either working very slowly, or you expect people to refresh the page over a dozen times! This is crazy.
The password for "On the Paper" is "theend". Otherwise you have to either print it, or have external programs to print it to a file and view it.
There's some intriguing stuff in this game which I didn't know was possible, particularly the Ping Pong levels, but a lot of it's too obscure. Since this page has to be loaded like 5 times per player, assuming you do everything right, I *really* hope it doesn't count a new "Game Play" each time. If so this maybe should have 125,000 plays instead of of nearly 750,000.
I thought the pearl was impossible, but I learned from chat that touching the crap doesn't hurt you! So you can avoid the pearl laser by moving through the crap, including his claws. Kinda dumb but otherwise good, beat it on the second try. Hooray for epic bosses!
There's a lot of better comments here, but I want to show my support for this game. It has an ending, it doesn't take long to reach, and the ending has a message. Whether I agree with the message 100% is irrelevant to it's excellent delivery.
Also, British and English differ on how "gray" is spelled, kinda funny.
Grinding should be an option for less skillful players, not the only way to proceed. I assumed that I was just really bad at the game, until I got lucky a few times (there's a *lot* more luck than skill in this game), got distances over 5X as far as my normal runs, and only got about 5X as much money. In other words, ignoring the tiny amount of time spent re-launching, going 1 mile 5 times earns the same money as going 5 miles in a shot, and the time spent is roughly equal! "Hard" badges like this make me care less and less about points. Anyone could get it by wasting a few hours, but I've got better things to do.
The third time a bomb landed in front of me while I was in the air, completely unavoidable, I stopped playing. I really like the simple art style and the music, but the gameplay leaves a lot to be desired. Mostly I died from jumping into the walls above windows, which seemed unfair but maybe avoidable theoretically.
Yet another "puzzle" game far too dependent on luck (like the Pyro series). It's easy to knock the buildings down, or at least strategic, but whether the pile of rubble pokes over the goal line is mostly unpredictable. Avoiding the other buildings is hard, but good, it's mostly predictable (though not entirely).
I'm just tired of "puzzle" games where the only way to play is to make a *lot* of guesses.
I killed the scavenger thinking he was the transit trader, then I didn't shoot Milos, so I guess I can't proceed since apparently I need the scavenger. And I can't just shoot Milos now for some reason.
Wow. I really liked the original, and this one is a good improvement in all ways. Amusingly, my favorite part is probably the victory song. I laughed out loud. "We build our windows facing north, so we can can kill the xenomorph"
The art and animation are great, but the puzzles are complete nonsense. Even when you find what to do, it doesn't go how you planned, so really it's all guesswork. Still easier than the first game, so much less frustrating.
Nice puzzle game, not too hard and quite original. Only issue is level 25. I had to look up a sequence of moves, because you CANNOT beat a computer at Tic-Tac-Toe unless it is programmed to lose. It is literally impossible to win or lose Tic-Tac-Toe if both sides play well.
4 or 5, hard decision. Watching the ending cinematic made up my mind: 5. The mechanics were somewhat weak, but the graphics were nice, and the story was exactly what we need more of. I love story.
Much better than it looks. The boss fight was challenging enough for me. Though I never died all game, it didn't feel too easy, and I was taking slightly more damage than I was healing.
