I cant remember the last time I enjoyed a text game that much. The difficulty was perfect, unlike a lot of the others I have played in the past, which can be annoyingly difficult at times. Also there is something very special about a game that encourages you to actually search for things out side of the game it self to find a password. Not to mention that part was done in a way that so long as you have basic searching skills it isn't to terribly difficult. Great job overall I cant wait for the next one.
Fun game, but I keep getting stuck on the walls, especially at the boss. I thought it was just the laptop I was using at 1st but then I saw a few others comment on movement issues so it is apparently a problem with the game it would seem.
Well that was a nice, relaxing, stress-free game. It is kinda nice to play a game where you dont feel pressured by super hard puzzles or constant death from enemy fire. Maybe thats just me though.
I tried to get my save file back like Djiepers said, and it didnt work for me at all. Guess I get to loose my I think 20+ hours of work on this game. This seriously happens w/ every game in this series though :(
My save file went poof and I was so far. I feel like this is a re-occurring thing w/ this series. As much as I do love the series I dont love the saves keep getting deleted on all these games....
For a game that is almost entirely text based, with a few puzzles thrown in I enjoyed it quite a lot. The text never felt over whelming, it was an easy read, and it was quite interesting, so great job. The only thing that I wish I could have done is just once kill everyone, instead of picking them off one by one (and I mean all four of them at once not two of them at once). :P
I wasn't expecting the final boss to be so easy. I thought it was going to have multiple forms and going to be a pain, but it wasn't really. The level before it is the one that took me the longest to beat. xD
Well that brought a tear to my eye, that was just beautiful. I was in an iffy mood but now, now I feel pretty damn good. Funny how a game so simple can make such a big impact on ones mood. :)
Am I doing something wrong here or does Kong not fully support Firefox? I have ran across a few games, where while I am on FF, the game will not be fit to the screen and I wont even be able to play. Guess I gotta play this on crappy ol' IE.
For some reason this game didnt load right on FF. I had to go get the last badge on IE because while I was playing on FF some of the screen was cut off and there were some things I couldnt even see, that I kinda needed.
Every time I tried to beat the final boss the main attack I was having issues with was the criss-cross attack, luckily for me that attack didnt show up once during my last attempt on the boss, and I managed to beat the game :D
I played this almost all day and the game was really starting to lag, so i refreshed. 4 more lvls to go and 4 more challenges to go and now i need to start all over since it apparently didnt save at all... wonderful...
Games are interactive man, they can really evoke an emotional reaction. I'm stoked to hear that you got such a positive response from this one :)
