acidDICA, the 80 balls limit comes from technical issues. I got the system to transport easily those 80 balls to the server, but more might require new tricks... Dunno, I'll enhance that later, if the game gets popular (I already have a new game under work)... :)
Also I have currently no idea how hyperjumble and Marth999 got their freakish scores. Marth999 was in my database, so I guess it was a fault in the game. A bug somewhere? But hyperjumble wasn't in my db, and I have a couple of banned ips already, so I guess he just hacked the game.
Thanks acidDICA! Sorry about the outline, but I hope it's better now than before, after you press 'o'. ;) I'll implement rating system to user levels if this game gets popular enough. Should help a bit. :) And yes, Special Ball Hits should indicate how many times you've hit a special ball, so if you replay the game with new special balls the count should just keep on rising. :)
Ok, v1.01 is in with autosave (saves every time you return to the level selection screen). Plus 'o' to change the size of the balls' outline (for acidDICA)... :) Also added a couple of new statistics.
Now that you unlocked the final level, revisit all the levels and see what happened to those "mystery balls" in the background... :) Time to score some serious points!
Note that when you hit a black ball, you can drop later balls of similar size. So later in levels you might find small or big balls, hit them, and revisit old levels that felt too difficult...
Sorry about the game not saving the player's progression... :( I had to limit the features to get this out... If the game gets some success, then I'll implement also that feature.
When the bouncing black balls explode, then the level ends. And a black ball explodes when it stops moving, bounces 200 times, or hits one of those skull balls.
I already gave this masterpiece a fiver, but please, add badges! :) Thus the game would be IMO the best Flash game ever. Sweet Jesus, please make more games, dude!
Ok, I fixed the sound toggle bug, and made the green ball in level 12 bigger and moved it a little down so the player's ball cannot go under it any more.
