You need to give credit to the person who's music you borrowed. Song is called Runaway, and can be found on newgrounds. If no credit is given, then I think its a breach of the license you downloaded it on.

Can't I'm getting a buf that doesn't let me upload the new files...I had the same bug when uploading the previews, so each time I wanted to upload new additional files, I had to delete the game and "upload" another one.
