Your use of swfmill will limit the number of views. Try expanding it to a more popular software, such as FlashDevelop or CSX. You could ask someone to port the game for you.
Nice idea. The difficuly curves pretty rapidy, which is good because it keeps the user actually entertained. However, I doubt you will be seing very high scores on this game.
Is this AS2? Or have you not optimized this. It can only handle 500 particles? I had a 3D simluation with 9,000 particles and it didn't lag. Try looking up ways to optimize code. If you want you can wisper me and I will help you.

5/5! Great tutorial and good job on reusing the Kongregate Tutoral Shell. A few fixes include on the last page, where the last 2 words "usefull" and "programm" are spelled incorrectly. Change it to "useful" and "program". Great work.
Its getting to the point where there is too many battalions. I'm pretty sure the developer just has to reskin a little and make a few code changes, and create some maps and he has a new game...
