I have condemned you Platform Combat map for being one of the worst I’ve ever seen. You use 81 fans for a job that could be done with just 8. It’s like your trying to make it lag! It has every weapon, making it impossible to sort through what you have for what you want, exacerbated by the wide range of weapon effectiveness; People would only use rail gun/flamethrower on your map, but never sniper rifle/nail bomb. Furthermore, by having two easily accessible shields, only rarely will both players be vulnerable, most of the time it will be a shielded guy with a rail gun destroying a guy who can’t even find his ice blaster.

To quote Wurmish, one of the beta testers and the best map maker ever, “One of the most irksome things I find nowadays are people that makes maps with nothing but a bunch of one weapon type, shower type, spike type, et cetera. More often than not it wants to make my computer crash.”
