It is interesting to read the comments. This seems to be a game I just can't play. My computer is slow, I don't know if that has anything to do with it. But bring in $900 on day 1? I am lucky if I get 40 cents on day one. If I see some money, I can't get to it because I didn't see it soon enough. Same with platforms. Not saying it isn't a good game, just one that seems completely beyond me for some reason. I understand that the upgrades help, but I can never get to the point of affording much.
Maybe I have an advantage because I don't play platform games so I don't have expectations of how hard the game should be or what keys should be what. It is very hard, but we have been warned. The tutorial is very good. Not sure how far I'll get because I am struggling seriously on level 2--heh. I know what I need to do, but I either kill an animal or kill myself. But it's fun.
Yay, I finally got level 30! I had to look at the walkthrough, and even then I couldn't figure it out. Finally I got the point. Then I had to make sure I could do it fast enough. Whew! Again, the solution was logical, I just didn't see it. I think this is an excellent game. I only finished novice, so I'll go on and see how far I can get on the higher levels.
Really great game. Best since the last Stacker. Congratulations! 5/5 Look forward to badges because they make me try harder on the really hard things--don't know why. They are just little pictures, but somehow they give me a push I need sometimes.
There is not a bug in Level 29. I finally had to go look at the walkthrough. It works. I wish I had figured it out, and I was close. I would say that you should figure out what has to be a certain way---you have to hit the basement first---that's pretty easy to prove to yourself, and then make sure you prove every other step. I got stuck on an idea I didn't really test thoroughly enough. If you click on "Help" it takes you to video walkthroughs. It's easy just to find the walkthrough for the level you can't figure out without seeing how to do the next level.
Yes, AndyBoy, it's your computer. I think you should rate your computer 1/5 and rate the game once you've been able to play it. I've played many times today without a problem. You even say you don't know if it is the game or the computer. I don't understand your idea of fair.
I think this game is really fun. I'm currently stuck, and yeah, a bit frustrated but is that the game's fault? I take a break when I am frustrated. Lots of the harder games frustrate me. Thinking can be very frustrating.
I would never play a game I didn't enjoy for the badges. I don't understand doing that. Aren't badges just cute little pictures? They are fun, but who cares really how many a person has?
alice x 3, at the top of my screen I see the word "Retry" on the far right hand side. I just click there to do the level again. I don't think you need to go back to the Main Menu.
Thanks very much those who talked about the Monkey Storms you can call from the Beacon. I finally tonight beat the first track on medium! I had nearly given up. Monkey Storms and Beacon made my day. I'm a nervous wreck---heh! Yay!

Thank you so much for responding. I think I ate something there but also I am recalling that I was exploring the lower regions of the castle and had suddenly escaped. So I believe I missed most of the castle. I will try the game again---I just want to be a kind friend with the dragon so I hope I don't have to kill him or innocent people. But I'll do the upper levels in the castle first to make sure I do everthing there before I suddenly escape! Thanks again for the helpful response.
Maybe I missed something entirely. I got to the end, but maybe there was another pathway I could have taken. I guess my breath did not do anything. I made friends with the dragon and then it was over. I'm not sure what I think. I like the idea, but I'm wondering if there is more to the game than I experienced. I did not see anythings that merited badges, for example. Can someone tell me what I have missed and where I took a wrong turn? It seems too simple to get badges.
Yay! I finally finished the game. I got stuck before and took a break. Today the things I couldn't do before came easy and things that came without trying before took forever. I still love this game. I couldn't have done it without the Help and some tips, but for sheer nonsensical fun nothing really beats it. Nonsense is not necessarily a bad thing!
If you just keep your finger on the "up arrow" button, your elephant will jump up and down. Keep your finger there for 10 seconds. I had to get help on that one too.
I feel like people aren't getting how to play the game. If you're just hitting random numbers you are not playing the game. If number games aren't your thing, then naturally you aren't going to like the game, but that doesn't mean the game sucks. If you don't get how to play the game, that is not the game's fault. I figured it out---if I figured it out, I think anyone can. It doesn't make sense to make negative comments about a game you can't even play. If you think the game is stupid, give reasons, contructive criticism.
Oh, this was so fun and funny. I've never played a shooter game---I guess that's was this is---so I'm not sure why I tried it. The music was great, the whole idea, the spoofiness, was just hilarious. I did have lots of fun. The part when you upgrade to all those flashing lights was really most alarming. I couldn't keep my eyes on my ship because the other lights were so stupendous, and the music ending on that one was sublime. I'm glad to hear I rock. Trouble is I can't keep my dang elephant in the air for 10 seconds. Congratulations on a great game!
