I cannot understand why the teeter totter in level 11 behaves the way it does. What am I missing? I do not want a solution to the puzzle. I just want to know what the physics are behind the teeter totter. It just doesn't seem to make sense to me. But I never took physics, so.....
I've not played a mouse-maze game before. It turns out that I don't like them much---just don't have the patience. I wish there was a way to save the levels one had gotten through instead of having to start over at the beginning each time you open the game. However, I still think this is a lovely game for those who do like them. Art and music are superb. I rate it 5/5.
I love cats! Artwork and music are great. Have to play more of the game to really judge it, but it is actually rather challenging for me so far. I was never very good at coloring inside the lines---heh. Really nice to see something so visually excellent with music that compliments the art perfectly.
The balloons are really yummy-looking---I just love them. Seems like the game is a little slow--I never played the other version. But if it were too fast then it would be too nervewracking. Not sure what the ideal speed would be. But the game seems to deliver what it promises.
How is this game really different than Desktop TD Pro? I like the sound effects, graphics, etc., but I'm not getting why I would rather play this game than Desktop TD Pro. Maybe it gets different later on. I find it hard to tell when towers have been upgraded and I've some problems upgrading them a few times. Any explanation about what is new about this game would be appreciated. Maybe I should be playing a different part of it or something.
This idea is fun, and I'm enjoying the game. It seems like the physics is unpredictable though. Spheres couldn't really balance on spheres. I also sort of don't like the pieces being given in a certain order. I guess this helps solve the puzzle which might otherwise be impossible. I'm not quite sure what I think. It is presented very well and is fun---at least on the few levels I've played---so I'll have to see how I feel when it gets harder.
I don't see why anyone would list the words. People who don't want help might accidentally see the list and get hints they don't want. You can get hints and clues in the game. In any case, it isn't the words that are hard to figure out. It's the arranging of the letters to make the word that is challenging. At least in my opinion. It's nice to help people who need a hint---but printing all the answers seems more like an effort to spoil the game.
ZOMGLOROFLMAO--There is an easy way to play this game, the one you seem to think you discovered and which has been obvious to everyone else from the start, and a thinking way to play the game. Your pride in your ability to play the game without thinking is very touching. Try playing the hard way and see how well you can do. Give those brain cells a little exercise. It's a rough world out there. You may need your brain someday.
This is a great game. I take roughly 20 times longer to solve the puzzle than I should apparently, but hey, at least I eventually get there. It's great to see so many people enjoying a thinking game!
A good game for relaxing and taking a short break. Everything works very well---the game does what it says it will do. I tire of it fairly soon, but that's how some games should be. You don't want to sit there long filling in colors, but you come back later and mess with a couple more levels.
I had a lot of trouble on levels 38 and 40. The bugs kept coming but my steam chambers did filled with the letters too slowly for me to make any decent words. It wasn't a general slowdown---I know my computer would be responsible for that---but just a sudden slowdown in letters coming from the boiler. Is anyone else having this problem at certain levels? Does it seem intentional? It makes the game nearly impossible to play and not very fun. I got my badge but not sure I'll keep on if this problem continues.
I like difference games. The second photo in this game is not symmetrical. The floor is different in a number of ways on each side. In one case a tiny white area on the animal's neck is considered a difference, in another case it is not. Stating that you "don't play fair" seems to me to be a cop-out. People are spending a lot of time looking for differences. You should spend the same amount of time making sure the photos are exactly the same except for the differences which will count. I like the set-up, but I'm not going further with the game because it's frustrating to find many differences which don't count.
I was going along fine, but then at level 38 after awhile my iron letters start showing up very slowly, if at all in the boiler chambers. I cannot kill spiders without iron letters. I've lost once and I just now barely beat the level. Is anyone else experiencing a lack of iron letters? I thought they were being cycled from my boiler over and over. It has worked that way on the other levels for me.
It isn't necessary to use long words to win the game. It is more important to use the letters in the boiler chambers, especially the high-scoring ones. You can get very high scores with very short words once you get enough letters to transmute some to brass and jade letters.
The names of the months are proper nouns. They are spelled with capital letters, e.g. January, February, March, etc. The instructions say that proper nouns do not count.
The names of countries are proper nouns. The instructions say that proper nouns will not count. The word "Benedictine" is a proper noun. The instructions say that proper nouns will not count. I used the word "tertiary" and it worked fine. Perhaps it was misspelled.
