Too easy really, also wasn't sure about the last squad that had a spot open, maybe I didn't unlock it or something. The units were cool, and the amount on the screen at once was fun to watch, but over all the game was a quick grind to max everything out and by the end I had a ton of coin ready to buy a 9th squad. 3/5
My AI gets pushed into a corner and for some reason decides to just stand there and take hits, still trying their hardest to move back to their formation, instead of just fighting what is hitting them. Seriously how hard can it be to program the units to retaliate?
First fight I learned there was no reason to use the heavy attack. Game seems crappy after playing the very first fight. Collecting coins is a terrible game mechanic and it's not like you couldn't give us money per kill like other games do. Did you actually play this game after you made it? Did you find every aspect of the game to be fun and interesting? I believe the answer to the first question is no, and if it was yes, I would be surprised if the answer to the second question was yes as well.
This game feels like it could be so much more. Why must the mecha stand still? This is almost front mission (destroying different sections of the body to cripple your opponent) and it has a lot of potential, but as it is now it's just a grind for money then buy a new set of parts, then a grind all over again. There is no challenge as it stands because with the Ontel Stabilizer chip series you can pretty much boost your parts to max with a good pilot. I really wish this game gave something more, but by the end it was just too boring to bring myself to finish. Graphically it left something to be desired, otherwise solid idea, just needed to be taken a step further.
So far really enjoyed the game, though the computer I am playing it on is not really all that great. Consider a button to remove clouds, because I can play the game all the way up to the point when clouds roll in and the fps hits 3.00. Otherwise, the game itself and the game play are really well done, basic as it is right now, it could be something even bigger. Hope for the best.
Pretty fun for a while, then it starts to come off as a grind just as any game of it's nature would. Enjoyed the bosses as they weren't just the same cut and paste. Felt like there was room for at least one more unit, like a rocket or something. Still for what this game is, well done.
Wow, sorry for the double post, but I can't even play this game, more or less try and earn the weekly challenge. This game needs major fixing, but it has a lot of promise.
As far as I can tell, the Relaxation stat is not working. It may increase, and it may say next to the rest button that there is an increase, but the actual value that stress goes down by is not the correct value that relaxation should be giving
What is Hyperion weak against? If I use plasma I can more or less stand up in his face and knock an arm off at the beginning, but if I don't do that I feel like he just has far too many bullets to dodge. I've played bullet hells, and that fight was really up there in difficulty. I got him to maybe 5% hp. Not a simple fight in the slightest bit.
As much as I adore this game, and have played the crap out of it, in it's current state it keeps kicking me and I can't play. Saddens me that I am top on the rankings but unable to play the game :(
I'd consider playing this game for a while if they keep fixing bugs. Anthropomorphic 2d fighters with RPG like mechanics is an awesome concept. Almost wish this wasn't just a flash game and instead made into a full console/pc game.
So far I have enjoyed this game in a simplistic way, much like populous. I do agree with some others, the spells feel like they just don't flow. I have to wait a minute or more at times, and it seems like when I have more "forest" in my controlled areas, that my energy regens faster, but at the cost of setting me back 240 energy. Maybe either increase energy regen or decrease costs for spells so the combat might be a bit faster? Great game
Second time beating the game, some bugs that I can't be bothered to report. Seriously if you are going to "fix" the game and upload a new copy, can you have someone spell check and grammar check all the lines of dialog? It's a shame because I had a blast playing this through the first time, even with all the issues. This game could be around a 4.3 or 4.5 rating if all the small things were worked out
Which tracks are considered the first 2 tracks? I beat what looks like the first 2 on medium, and it says something about the tap track. If I remember correctly, when the game came out, there was not as many tracks available, and if that is the case, they should have marked it better and not just said "the first 2 maps" because that has obviously changed.
Took 2 tries, kind of annoying that it came down to one life difference, then the second time through I sped through it without losing a single life, more of a waste of time at that point.
We apologize for the inconvenience. We're actively working on resolving the issue with disconnects.
