I'm with Ocramot on this one (although I gave the game a 4, not a 1). I'm surprised that it's the exact same badge too; it should have at least been a different badge if you're going to use the same game, in my opinion. Pretty good game, although it does get boring. My rating will stay as-is, but I'm not going to use more time for the badge again.
Great game. It could use improvements, like autofire, selecting other weapons (I preferred the beam to the sandstorm, even though the sandstorm was considered an upgrade). This deserves more views.
Great artwork as always.
The game play could be improved. An auto-shoot function, code to make sure that the cursor reappears when it is outside of the Flash applet, a scrolling background, a more diverse cast of enemies, more weapons, a shop (since you're using money) or powerups, etc. Not a bad start though. You are showing that you're capable of making games in multiple genres rather than just trying to perfect one.
Cool. If you improve the graphics a bit, and add some more interactivity (like enemy craft, a turret to control, etc.) this could be a great start to a game.
My advice on level 5 is to attack one of the frigates to weaken it before enemy fighters arrive. It's beatable, but I wish that I could lower the difficulty a bit (I lost my source file a year or so ago when my HD crashed).
I am making a prequel right now (still need some voice actors, and work is taking up a good deal of my time). I already have a sequel in mind, and I was going to go more of a sci-fi route for newer fighters. I might be able to make a few craft based on Korean War era fighters though. There is room in the story.
