I love this game, my only complaint is the lava. I don't understand what causes it other than my falling, but I think it's bogus that once it gets up to the screen nothing I can do can stop game over in the next 15 seconds. There needs to be some way to out run lava once you see it. Some sort of defense.
Great first try, would love to see a sequel. Just some ideas-
1.For being a "deep" research tree, there isn't much choice. I'd like to see 'branches' for classes, like turning the basic rifle unit into either a high speed or big single shot damage unit.
2. Replay options for levels
3. Stat points maybe? The ability to start a level with more money, increase unit value, increase damage, range, etc. Through some sort of stat system would be awesome.
3.Number keys for unit selection or something would be nice, the wheel is a nice idea but it's just too slow. Also, what's with the unit placement cooldown? That can go.
4. Direct influence abilities would be nice, like dropping bombs on the field or calling in for some sort of artillery support.
Really good concept and design, would really like a sequel. A couple of ideas came to me.
-Needs a speed up button
-There needs to be a way to re-place things, or at least to be able to sell things so that I can re-buy them and re-place them.
-Some sort of upgrade system, either by paying with earned cash or by xp, to evolve turrets.
~Maybe some sort of class type of upgrade system? so players can choose different types of turrets such as sniper, cannons, machine gun, etc.
-Skills would be nice, direct player on field interaction.
Not bad, but I had hoped for a little more for a sequel. I like the simplicity of the end of level choose a upgrade system, but I wish there was a little more depth to add to customization. Also a longer game in general would be nice. Fun though, very fun. Just wish there was more.
I love the pet series, I just really wish the time limitation was removable so that I could play until I completely complete the game. Then at the end tell me how many weeks it took me to 'conquer the world' as it were. I hate how just as my pet is beginning to become awesome -times up- and thats that.
Excellent game. Could use a few fixes. I don't understand the games default controls, the standard WASD style controls work much better in my opinion. The game needs to be a bit brighter, I understand the flashlight thing but it's just too dark. A larger overall screen would be nicer too. I think the ability to upgrade the flashlight just like the firearms would be nice.
Over all: Upgradable flashlight+, Brighter game+, Larger view area+ and of course more guns, etc. etc. Oh and delete the code for zombies with guns, nothing ruins a great zombie game faster than zombies having guns. If I want my enemies to have guns I'll play modern warfare or something, zombies throwing objects is fine and morbid monsters of unrealistic size are awesome. But NO guns or any other type of combustive or otherwise projectile weapon. 5/5 tho, cheers.
Fun game, but the mini games need to be reduced to one type. The different types all look the same, such as clicking rapidly to get to green or clicking in time to hit green. But the games are too short to figure out which one you're playing and win, so just one type would be better.
Good beginning, would like to see a sequel with a few upgrades.
1)Ability to upgrade coin/object pick up range
2)Different upgrades should have different effects to some degree or another.
3)Id prefer if the castle changed forms to accomidate new upgrades not increase size
Eh. Could be WAY better. Money comes in too slowly and monsters shouldn't die of old age. It took like five turns for me to begin to turn a profit and that very turn two of my monsters died.
Reminds me of "Rebuild" a lot. Very good indeed. I was confused about the gathering until I realized you search the snow where you kill the zombies lol. 4/5 and thats only because this could be SO much more. Needs to be much more in depth. Weapon upgrades, more buildings and things to search. Just more. This x10 would be beautiful
Nice try, but a lot of flaws. First, whats the point of money? You can buy no upgrade, ammo, weapons, skills, etc. This game seriously needs an experience system that increase dmg, accuracy, reload speed and movement speed. Second weapon drops and such ALWAYS land in the middle of the zombie horde, making them almost impossible to get. Some sort of item magnet would greatly increase the quality of this game. So basic needs to make this awesome are, Experience System which increase Run speed, accuracy, reload speed and dmg output. Money needs a purpose. Some sort of item magnet to pull upgrades and such to you since the horde is impossible to penetrate and live.
It's a nice idea, but being able to earn money without a reason to use it kills the desire to play for me. Not to mention that by the last two levels you just plain aren't enough. You need more slots and more space. And better stuff needs to drop aswell. The last two bosses typically come down to the "tie breaker" as it's called in the game or as I like to call it, the you've lost but spin this pointless piece of $h!t anyway button since it's just going to land on you lose anyway.
You desperately need some kind of machine gun to destroy upcoming obstacles. After awhile there is just WAY too much coming at you to properly survive without some kind of defense.
Not bad, but by level three things get a little too unbalanced and it doesn't get better from there. Turrets need to be more greatly effected by skill upgrades.
Need to be able to grind abilities. Instead of a single skill point after winning, fallen enemies should render xp and each level should be granted with skill points.
It's a nice try but not great. It needs an experience system of some sort to level up your mobility, reload rate, run speed, fire rate, etc. By level 3 it's almost impossible to even survive due to a lack of fire power and an inability to dodge.
I really like this but it's missing some important concepts. First, I understand the cannon in the upgrade menu upgrades the cannons, but what exactly do the other two do? As well the map should have some method of checking seperate ports for their current trading values, it's very difficult to trade properly when you don't know the current values of a good from port to port. A quest system would be nice but isn't hugely important. Moving the Apple ad to the top left instead of the bottom left, or moving the money to a different corner would be appreciated as well. Also, pressing tab to open the map it great, but being able to press tab to exit it would also be a nice thing.
I tried to fix some things Thnx for the feedback
