I really enjoyed the game. I wish it had multiple stages, more weapons, more skills, and working healing, but otherwise, excellent job. 5/5 and I'm looking forward to the sequel.
I'm not very good at point and click games, so I don't know what makes a good one from a bad one. This game had tons of charm and fun graphics, so I gave it a 5/5.
@StupidRandomName Thank you. I would have never figured out robbing the house while the guy was getting water. Sorry, everyone, for asking such an obvious question. I'm pretty awful at point and click games.
This is the epiotme of substance over style. I'm a fan of HP Lovecraft and freaky stuff like that but this is *way* more unsettling. It reminds me of The Third Policeman by Flann O'Bryan. This is some seriously freaky stuff. I'm very impressed how unsettling this game is despite the crude graphics. 5/5!!!
Wow...I love this series, but this was far and away the most fun one yet. I'm really impressed the developers were able to make a fantastic game even better.
One small complaint, I still can't get the final badge. I have all the gold medals and I've tried some of the suggestions, like playing the last level over again and getting the last star immediately after the last kill, but no luck.
Still, 5/5.
The upgrade station should be added *way* earlier. The beginning gets repetitive to just play over and over and I thought I was missing something by not being able to upgrade. When I finally did upgrade, the game was over. Fun game, though!
I'm sure this is a good game, but I can't figure out how to actually play it. On lvl 3, every time I try moving a coin, the coin goes back to its starting position. I'm sure I'm doing something wrong, but I can't figure out what and there isn't much in the way of help.
You know what would be like the ideal fix...knowing which enemies are coming up next. When in a position of needing to decide which upgrade to purchase in a row, it would help if we knew if the next bad guy was an easy wolf or a dragon.
I like this game a *lot*, definitely 5/5. However, I don't like the random factor of the soulshines because it's too hard to plan out a run. I'm cool with playing the odds on stretching out my money for better armor or weapons, but it sucks when I'm playing the odds, taking chances I can beat a monster, and suddenly I have to buy a soulshine for 500 gold or whatever.
There's nothing worse than when I think I've clicked on a hero's spell to use only to realize the hero is trying to join the fight. Wouldn't want that now, would we? It's much better to have the hero stay waaaaay outside the fight and let the minions fight. *smh*
The comments on how to beat the last boss are hysterical. They all come down to - just always have defense and counter. Yeah, great, but the only matches on the board half the time are energy. I'm *really* tired of "no more moves, reshuffle...."
there's even an arrow pointing into the house! :)
