The volume sliders are a bit funky. I can't seem to mute just the music; it goes down to like 2% and I can't decrease it past that. Otherwise this is a lot of fun! :D
I really like it so far, but a couple of things have crossed my mind design-wise. First, I hate that if I start clicking during a reload that it resets the reload; obviously I would never want to just start reloading all over again. Second, if I click to continue through info screens I usually end up shooting (which is less of a problem because ammo is pretty plentiful). Finally the thing that I think messed me up the most is that, in the corridor levels, I had no idea there were all these rooms off to the side. I played through the first couple of them wondering how I was supposed to find a weapon in a hallway! You could probably fix this by, in the first corridor, highlighting a door or having a zombie break through it or something like that - make them more apparent. Thanks for a great game though!
if by "mute" you mean "almost mute" then yes, that's correct. seriously -- why the hell would you even bother with a volume control that doesn't completely work??
I loved the art and music and atmosphere and animation, but I feel like this is missing many of the elements that make a game a game. This is more of a (slightly) interactive story. Definitely get someone to proofread the next one, and please make it more GAME-like -- this is a gaming site after all ;)
To everyone who is bitching, chill out; it's not going to be on the top picks for very long. Nobody forced you to play it and, oh yeah, it was free.
This feels more like a toy than a game. While I kindof like the monochrome colors, I can't always see my cursor and I can almost never see my bullets. The snow falling in the background can be distracting. Way too easy. Nice start, but try to make it more than a toy.
I liked it; it was unique. The voices were cute. I thought the length was perfect. I wish I could have skipped through animations that lead to a "?". The download store at the end was brilliant.
