I don't get mace mastery or ring mastery. Does it mean it only adds to the rings/maces you had equiped when you bought the skill, or every ring/mace you equip from then on? I'm afraid to invest skill points in them if it is the former.
Even though I don't care for money-sucking mechanics, that is not what I was gonna complain about. I just plain don't like multiplayer games. THANK YOU for making this game single player.
If an apple costed 42 soulons I'd probably steal one too... What exactly is the exchange rate here? xD "Steal and apple that's about 42 soulons... AND GOD HELP YOU IF WE CATCH YOU JAY WALKING!"
The 42 soulons bounty doesn't come exclusively from the apple robbery : our rogue is already known in the neighbourhood for a few minor larcenies !
How would have they set the placard this fast anyway ;) ?
I have a question. Why is it that daggers from assassins can kill other enemies, but arrows can't? I know this would probably take away at least some of the challenge, but it would still be just as hilarious. The way I see it you can also turn it and the daggers into loot such as requiring you to cause assassins/archers to kill a certain number of their own people. Just a thought.
What exactly is the point of leveling up? I don't notice any difference at all. I know in the restaurant games your level determined your total paycheck at the end of the week, but that doesn't really apply here. I don't think I'm getting any extra jewels, materials, etc. than I used to just because I level up.
Rank and map progress are basically the same thing, so you're getting to new locations and unlocking new weapon types and elements when you level up. If you don't level up after a day (like you'll notice later in the game), you stay in the same location the next day with nothing new unlocked.
Way I see it, green army needs only three people.
1. The soldier we played as.
2. The guy who flew the helicopter.
3. A dude that accompanied the helicopter to provide support while you're not in it.
You could argue they need a commanding officer. An officer could fly the helicopter instead of standing around. Helicopter is just to extract you to save walking.
I'm sorry for the overreaction earlier, when I reloaded again the next day I got my items back. But therer is something else bothering me. The low quality setting says no shadows, there aren't any. But it also says no dig animations, yet it still shows the robot digging through the earth with the drills spinning and all. If those aren't digging animations, what are?
Seriously dude, some of this is straight up bull. You mean to tell me I can quit and leave after going to my ship and after crafting sonars and teleporters, then when I reload I lose not only the crafted sonars and teleporters, but the ingredients I used to make them are gone as well? It's a real pain in the arse to grind for those things just to know you can lose them if you quit even after saving. Keeping them doesn't decrease difficulty because there is none, all you need for this is patience to grind for materials.
Why exactly are we saving the fruit in the first place? They don't move on their own, sure they don't have legs, but they could pull themselves with their arms enough roll a bit, right? Seems to me like we are just preventing natural selection from taking its course and thus we are dooming the fruit in the end as soon even we won't be able to save them from a cloud that has the potential to evolve and then they are screwed because they've never had to adapt before.
I really love the game, I really do. I loved the first installment, hell I love all your games. But there might be a bit of a glitch or it could just be my web browser changing on me, but sometimes the keys stick or don't work immediately. Say I'm in the air and am holding down the D key, sometimes I won't turn for up to five seconds, sometimes it won't turn until I remove my finger and press it again, sometimes it even won't work then and I need to click the screen for some reason before it will do it. Sometimes it will work and I'll let go and it's like lag screwed me over and I'm stuck headbutting the bottom of the underground for several seconds. This doesn't happen with any other games, it didn't even happen to me in the first one, so it isn't my keyboard. Great game otherwise.
Ok, the click and drag terraforming was a good idea, but it should be mandatory. It is very helpful when you are mass raising land and want to avoid raising come too much, but the whole "click fatigue" was never present with me. As a matter of fact, holding down the left mouse button for several extended periods of time made my hand hurt. Maybe give a choice between individual click and click and drag like you did with artistic and basic modes for the level looks?
