I think the game is great, but I don't understand why any comment that disagrees with that gets a bunch of minuses. Not everybody is going to like the game, but they should still be able to voice their opinions. Otherwise, what is the point of the comment section?
Since it seems to be gone from the comments, after you hire a hero if you leave the cursor where it is on "hire hero" and keep clicking, you get 1 gold per click. It does work. Try it. Give this comment a +1 if it works for you.
I find it interesting how any comment that is critical of the game gets down voted until it is below the rating threshold, but there are a ton of comments that say "5/5 but the controls suck." If the controls suck, which they do, why would that be a 5/5? I do not see anything that is super creative or revolutionary about this game. It is not executed particularly well. As far as I can tell you click on a group of pixels, and they go wherever they want to. I am just not seeing the redeeming qualities that would make this a 5/5. Completely average game 3/5.
The first 30 perks you choose can save you or kill you. Don't bother with the perks that earn you extra xp and money, you can get plenty without it. Don't get the perk that gives you one extra gadget because there is one that let's you carry 6. You don't need a free chainsaw because you can buy it cheap. Aside from that, the perk that let's you stun with your dash and the one that revives you once per level are awesome. With the right perks the game is easy. With the wrong ones it is impossible.
So basically the developer is saying that we are all a bunch of assholes here on Kongregate. That may be true, but this game is still a giant steaming turd. It is not funny, it is not fun. A lot of games have poked fun at the community here and the badge/achievement whores and they have all done it better. The controls are in fact terrible. The gameplay is actually terrible. The game does lag. You have to sit through a boring td parody that does not work. I think the game would be more fun and get its point across better if it was just a picture of a middle finger. 1/5 really that's what this deserves. Tass should stick to walkthroughs.
Every time I play this game my rating for it drops. Good thing I just got the hard badge because I can't go any lower than a 1/5. You know it is a good tower defense game when there is no reason to actually use the towers.
If you buy the upgrades one at a time you spend a ton of upgrade points, but if you buy a higher level upgrade you just pay for that one upgrade. You can basically play the first level over and over again at the beginning getting an expert rating every time then buy high level upgrades. Sure it's boring, but it is effective and the game is boring anyway.
The scoring makes absolutely no sense at all. If you line up 4 you get 20 points, 5 you get 30, 6 you get 40. Okay that's fine. If you line up 7 you get 45 points, 8 you get 48 points, and then 2 points for each one after that. So the more blocks you line up, the less you get for them. That is just dumb.
What is the point of boss world? You have bosses flying down at you like normal enemies so to kill them you have stun them long enough to kill them. That's fun. I am glad I just spent 15,000,000 to do that.
Unable to connect. This game must be great. Half the forum posts are about not being able to connect. How do we fix it? I know, let's add badges and flood the servers that can't handle the traffic they already have. Great job Kong! 1/5 until I can play it.
Great game. I only had to play through twice to get the badges. If it doesn't count the kills just refresh the page. Otherwise you are just going to have to play through again to get the badges
This is the worst thing I have ever seen. First off, the clothes don't actually fit on Spongebob's body. Really, if you are going to make a dress up game you should at least be able to cover up his underwear with his square pants. His shoes ought to at least be bigger than his feet. I don't even know what the light blue thing with the red is supposed to be. Why is there a bomb? I hope for your sake that this game is a joke.
Same thing over and over again. All you do is juggle heads. The enemies range from bald guy to guy with a beard. Hitler and Darth Vader are thrown in for fun too. I think the game description is more fun than the actual game. zzzzzzzzzzz
The game won't let me login. I can create a new account, but it won't save either. Fantastic. I played the game a little and it seems pretty good. I would like to be able to play again.
