Interesting approach for a boss battle.
However, I've run out of obsidian flying knights in Strong's Isle and I still need some more to attack the wingtips. There doesn't seem to be any way to get any more or return to previous maps. It also seems to be possible to start multiple fights.
The Singularity gun is a devastatingly powerful offensive weapon (kills everything in one shot). Pair it up with Constructor to quickly attack enemy bases in black hole levels.
Tip: The main thing that you should buy from the food vendor in the first camp is skeleton keys. In areas with enemies you can repeatedly switch maps until you see a chest. Open the chest, using skeleton key if locked, to get useful items such as equipment, bags and coins.
Being able to name each raider in your group makes the game *that* much better. It adds a little more personality to each character along with the equipment customisation. ----- Some possible ideas: Add skill books that modify each raider's AI (heal lowest hp ally, attack enem with least hp, etc). Currently, there are a lot of skill slots, so some of them could be spared for this purpose. ----- Add occasional visitors to the base that offer missions to random locations. Perhaps make it a base upgrade that adds a mission noticeboard. ----- Add more classes and allow for changing the composition of the party. This would allow for interesting strategic combinations for different missions. Excess raiders would be stored in the base.
How about this: In addition to using your troops to defend your building, you can also use then to attack other places. Each place that you attack might have their own defenders, obstacles, traps so you need to deploy your troops carefully.
