How about a hard badge for getting to the end at all; Impossible for saving everyone? (Just made it with only the soldier despite all my best efforts to keep everybody around till the end. He even got sick with the virus twice, unlike everybody else, who all ran off on the same night despite having some morale and food left, sheesh. Well at least I've confirmed having the dog do 99% of the hunting can work.)

Great game. Another unwritten rule: I suspect every time you ask anyone to do anything, their morale goes down one point *at the END of the day*. So for example, say your engineer is at 2 both before and after repair, so you get him to do another 6% that day? You will lose him in the night as his morale drops to ZERO! Repair once and talk to him in the same day, he'll have the same amount of psych points the next day (assuming all else is normal). Still struggling to win (probably because I refuse to sacrifice anyone on purpose), but just sharing what I've learned from multiple shots at it.
And contrary to others' comments, I think it's perfectly natural for the psych to have a hard time (and no I'm not a psych). :P

How someone think is is a good example of game?
The design is so badly broken.
At the end is basically chance based.
The Psychiatrist can go from high morale to mad 1 one day.
This is the kind of game that could be great but one small flaw make the whole experience frustrated. Does not surprise me why the sold game had so many bad critics, the game design has potential but the game designer doesn't seen to understand about chance based games and meaningful decisions of the player.

Oh my god, day 31! And I have 45/50 left for the radio! I'm going to make it! Then I forget to get wood for the fire.

Really stressful after several days you got to calm everyone, get food and get some medicine while vigorously petting Marvin and the thing that kills you was the lack of fire.

This game is freakin annoying. Is there only ONE way to win? I tried many times, using different strategies, and all for nothing. My rating 1/10.

Well, we're all freezing to death. But since I already spoke 2 sentences of group motivation today, there's absolutely NO WAY I'm lighting the damn fireplace.

Character Info: The soldier is the one who has the longest morale out of all of them, but is usually the first to get medusa. Killing the soldier will chip at everyone's morale.
Marvin is the only one you need for hunting, but if killed for meat, the morale of everyone drops greatly.
The doctor is the second most stable character. He may also get medusa often. Killing him will cause moderate damage, but the psychiatrist suffers the worst.
The engineer hardly gets medusa, and often gets paranoid, but has a while to go before insanity. Killing him will give you a lot of meat, but that sacrifices the psychiatrist's mind.
BR4N-D0N will cause the most damage to the engineer, but gives you bullets to last a while.
Staring into the fire also gives you morbid, but useful tips for survival.

awesome, i can't pull the guys out of that fear, and in the end i just killed the soldier because in the moment i was like I GIVED MEDICINES TO YOU EVERYDAY THAT YOU WAS BAD, YOU WAS THE ONLY ONE THAT USED IT, SO FOCUS, ARE YOU A SOLDIER OR A RAT? and in the other day killed him
