This game is great. As for the backstory, I'm thinking controversial, if not illegal, experiment, and only one other being survived, and you loved them deeply, and were horrified to find they had been turned into the same thing as you. So you decide to break out, kill anyone who stands in your way, eat the scientists as revenge for the pain inflicted upon you and your loved one, to reach them, only to end up being recaptured again and again, in an endless cycle as those who have been employed by the creators of the project, have nothing left to loose in life, no loved ones, no friends, nothing, making them forgettable and perfect for the job, even if they just end up dying in the end.

Decent game, but with the slight trouble of getting over the exact corners of the platforms and enemies able to hit you the fraction of a second you appear before it's even possible to get close enough to hit them, as well as the umping off the walls being a bit exaggerated, it kind of sucks the fun out of trying to go though with no damage. Even normal game play gets slightly frustrating from these factors when you could swear you hit them in time but I see that I somehow lost a box/life right after

they should add an impossible badge. 1 for beating it without killing "except parts to destroy" and another for taking no damage. maybe even in same run

There should be a special dialogue for a pacifist run. Or maybe, I missed it because I accidentally killed a few people before I reloaded to the checkpoint?

Can't get past the door in firefox. I've checked the comments and slashing seems to be the way to go but it doesn't seem to have any effect on either the blue panel or the door itself (not sure which I'm supposed to slash, so I tried both).

The controls are interesting. Slashing is always the closest key to the movement keys, not either the left or the right key each time.

Cool game. I thought it would be longer since it has a medium badge. I'm glad the medium badge is BOTD instead of the easy badge since it took me less than 11 minutes to get. And that's with dying a couple of times. I really thought I wasn't gonna be able to earn the BOTD because I started at 19 minutes before the next BOTD starts.

It would be much easier if there were just more save points or if it would save every time I slash a console or go into a new area.

loving the invincible guards when go to slash or scream. somehow i die while mashing the scream button and standing on the same level but nth happens.

scratch that, I am having a hard time getting through because every time I want to attack I grab, and every time I want to grab I scream. and when I want to scream nothing happens

I remember finding this impossibly difficult the last time I played- always dying to the turrets or rapid-fire guards, but coming back to it, I breezed right on through. An unsettling reminder of the passage of time. Aside from that minor existential crisis though, very fun game when all's said and done, at least in my opinion. For whatever reason, I find gliding through the levels to be, and I hesitate to use this word due to its abuse by YouTube videos and low-quality apps of ages past, satisfying. 5/5 :)

Both badges are possible and work. The only bugs I found were with the scream and intermittently not sticking to walls when I really want to

Very similar to the idea of Carrion, and both absolutely amazing for what they are. I've come back and played this multiple times now, and hope to see more from the dev(s) in the future.

But there hundreds of blue people at the start. Which one am I????? Nothing happens. I move but nothing happens. I don't know which blue person I am.

Fantastic. For having such a minimalist design you got a lot out of it. Good controls, satisfying combat and a smart health system. I love that final quote at the end.

Maybe it is because I'm not using a controller, but I think the controls should be a lot simpler/tighter. Accidentally running up a wall instead of jumping is frustrating, and eating soldiers is VERY difficult. I think you should be rewarded for nabbing those quick eats instead of just slashing, so I think that if you are even close to the person you are trying to eat, it should land, rather than having to stand right in front of them.

You can't scream in midair, and given that the first time you're supposed to use scream, you're jumping down, you're going to get hit a few times before you can scream... it's also annoying when you jump up to a platform with an enemy and can't kill him because you went past him by like 2 pixels...

The game needs a 'save' function. Several time after the third checkpoint my game gets 'laggy' and my character won't jump or jumps 3-5 seconds after pressing up. So, I get killed easily. When I refresh the game I start back at the beginning. Other than that, a fun game.

I'll like to point out that you can only have 10 lives at any point; eating more then is useless. Scientists and that "lone sniper" loser are to be eaten. If there are mutliple enemies, slash 'em. Screaming is not good, lives are scarce enough as is. An interesting game, reminiscent of My Friend Pedro and other such games.
