Cute little game. I gave it four stars, until I got to the ending. There is no ending. Just a "to be continued". So you get 1 star for utterly failing to complete the assignment.

When you start the game and go out of focus it simply dies. It gets slower the sound is gone and it gets slower and slower - So dont get out of focus!

Lol double whammy of bad game design. Have to mouse over coins to collect them (ALWAYS bad), and you move with the mouse automatically ... automatic 1/5 for that terrible key feature combo.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Having both movement/fire and loot collection be the mouse is frustrating. Auto loot should be implemented, as there isn't much sense to disappearing money other than dragging out upgrading

Ok, so I have a few observations. First of all, it's a fun game style that hasn't been done too much in the recent years. The upgrades feel worth their money, and all of the special abilities (unlike most games, where there's just one or two) feel powerful (getting reasonably more powerful as time goes on). The premise is a bit overdone, but it's done well! Also, it's a fun game, that's a bit challenging. My criticisms: The script guy is most likely a joke, but it isn't that funny, and it takes away from the game. If it isn't a joke, you should probably get a new script guy. The toxin launcher men severely outclass the other units, having high health, high damage, a lingering effect on the ground they hit, and the ability to aim at you. Most enemies have 1-2 of those traits, if they're lucky. Two minor gripes are the lack of grammar (which can't really be helped) and the fact that coins have to be picked up manually. All in all, it's a pretty good game.

Some glitch don't take the good fun gameplay away. In a few hours single session I was able to get 60 stars, buy everything and enjoy a lot. Ah, BTW, PFG-9K IS the most powerful launcher you can have and deserves each coin you pay for it, so grind a little and buy it ASAP.

1/5 gameplay and story do not make any sense. if the main guy is mad that some weirdos took his robot dog, why is he hiding behind some metal things? shouldnt he be on an adventure and actively moving to get what he wants? he wont get anything by acting like a coward and waiting for things to come to him. about the gameplay, its just slow and boring. the guy moves too slow and there doesnt seem to be any end in sight. should show some sort of timer until the level is over. 1/5 this guy is a pansy and the game is not well designed. story should have been completely changed.

0/5 Definitely one of the worst flash games I've ever played; easily the worst of this genre and style. Ever. It really does absolutely nothing right. The movement feels slow and strange and those speed upgrades are so bs. It also makes the goal of the game simply "dodge the bullets" and mitigate as much damage as possible and move randomly. The difficulty curve is horrible and the first boss is downright stupid. There is a lot of grinding and the amount there is feels like a long day to feel depressed for-ever before trying that level that kicked your ass again. And to all the complements about the mouse being tied to both movement and collecting the coins at the same time, it's unintentional and it actually adds nothing to collecting coins instead of them just accumulating like normal. It's fun vs completion to begrudgingly walk into a bullet just to grab those coins. Let your greed get you killed botd mods!

Definitely one of the best flash games I've ever played; easily the best of this genre and style. Ever. It really does absolutely everything right. The movement feels slow and strange at first but that makes those speed upgrades so much more satisfying. It also makes the goal of the game not simply "dodge the bullets" but mitigate as much damage as possible and move strategically. The difficulty curve is perfect and the first boss is downright scary. There isn't a lot of grinding and what little there is feels like a nice break to feel awesome for a bit before trying that level that kicked your ass again.
And to all the complaints about the mouse being tied to both movement and collecting the coins at the same time, it's intentional and it actually adds a challenge to collecting coins instead of them just being a mindless chore. It's risk vs reward to willingly walk into a bullet to grab those coins. Don't let your greed get you killed!

C´mon, stop complaining about disappearing coins. Cause that´s exactly the point: You *have* to move your mouse there quickly (because they are disappearing) and risk damage, or you choose to take care of yourself instead of collecting coins.

Basically, this is a multitasking game. Dodging, aiming and coin collecting are all done - or ruined - by moving the cursor, so one must balance all three priorities in real time with every move of the mouse. I can see why people would find that frustrating though, so perhaps if there were a way to retroactively reclaim expired drops, they might rate it higher - or if they were better warned of the amount of multitasking in this game. It might also suffice if there were enough health drops for the user to focus on aiming and collecting rather than dodging. Altogether, however, it is a good game, and includes some upgrades - like guided munitions and auto-collection of coins - which ease the multitasking.

I enjoy this game so much I come back every few months to beat it all over again, However some of the launcher upgrades simply cost so much I dont bother getting them very often.

I don't mind that you have to dodge bullets while collecting coins, I just thought it was part of the challenge. Without this, the coin magnet/magnit upgrades would be much less useful.

i love games like this because while the enemies may seem strong at first but you can come back later with advanced weaponry and upgrades to destroy them

Where was the "reunited with my dog" scene!???
All that shooting' and smart-alecky quips with the enemy..
..and no doggy scene?

Excellent game! I thought the story was funny, especially the names of each level, it's a fun touch! I suppose I'd change some of the secondary weapons, I found myself only really using a few of them. Though I guess other people might prefer secondaries that I don't. Great game overall!

fun little game, takes around 1-2h to finish and get all upgrades, would definitely enjoy any sequels even with the same gameplay mechanics.
To all the killjoys complaining about the game, you should wish kong had more games of this caliber. 90% of the stuff in here is downright unplayable.

Top comments already brought up all the points I'd bring up, I'd say an overall bad experience, just a cookie cutter game that's filled with mtx and bad design, only worth playing for the badge of the day

So did you ever get that date? Also how was your coffee? You sure it's just your boss who doesn't speak English because "what's to eat...?" is an interesting question I must say. All in all, this is all I learned from the game, how to read the best level descriptions ever.

"kiss you"? don't you mean..."kill you! silence! i kill you!" anyway... what's the deal? no badge for beating the game? wtf, Greg?
