Great game VasantJ. it would be fun to see more. It was as fun as the Medieval Cop universe, a nice distraction while waiting for the next round of Dregg

I like the setup with the minigames, only problem is you have to actively memorize the minigame to each attack, because most of them start immediately and you have to swap between either a keyboard or a mouse on the fly.

Crap game, I cannot do the actions fast or accurate enough to attack, I also find the right-click menu doesn't work and I cannot shut off the music

If you're going to make a sequel, it's gotta be longer than this. It ends almost as soon as it actually gets interesting.

Fun game! I like the writing and the pacing is fine too. I also love the idea of playing as a villain and the way his first gig ends was great! I'm very curious how a full game would play out and the choices he'd make. My only issue is that during a fight the minigames start rather abruptly and if you're just beginning it take a few seconds to realize you're already supposed to be mashing a button. So maybe a little 'Go!' buffer to announce that you're about to start your attack? Also really glad the time wheel doesn't start till you tap the first button and the arrow attacks are fine too as you've plenty of time to get moving.

I'm glad the minigame attacks weren't added to the polished first part of AntiVillain 1 but I am curious why the guard function was taken out. Regardless, this is leagues above another released idle game, both in quality, action, and progression.

Not bad, not at all. Though the music gets a bit aggressive at times, and its loop a bit too short. Of course some balancing of attacks will probably need to be done, and maybe some better descriptions so it's easier to understand what works against heavier type enemies, what against the lighter ones, etc.

Note A2: norton, I agree with you but you missed something. Security B: (Wilhelm Scream..!) A.K.A Borderlands 2 reference. Im surprised, Vasant.

Erm, the sound is glitched for me (Music too) and I hear nothing but static coming out of my speakers. I dont know if the game is broken, bugged, glitched, or just plain without sound.

I'm.... Sort of pissed off but in agreement with your Review Nik, To compare VasalJ's work to that of Roszak is just stupid and shows you lack insight into how hard it is to make game in the first place. At the same time, this game was incredibly sub-par and felt unfinished, but keep in mind: It's release was rushed because of the 15th Deadline.

Fun little game. A bit of lag on my end, so some of the mini-games were difficult. Even with missed hits, the battles weren't too hard though.

Combat is sadly really tideous, I get that this is only a "demo" but instead of focusing on making the fights themselves interesting with a pronounced strengths and weaknesses system (Classes, Elements), you instead tried to make it flashy and short lived using quick time events, while good in theory it gets old reeeeal quick. For a better combat system in a flash RPG take a look at the Epic Battle Fantasy series here on Kongregate.
Interesting story tho and despite my harsh words you are still one of the best Flash Game developers out there, keep it up!

Awesome. Can't wait for the next one. Might want to finish Medieval Cop first... Really excited to so what happens!!!

I don't want to sound negative, as I really like your games. But really, quicktime events? Like eight different kinds of them? I've tried twice to get through this game, because I like the concept and so far I like the characters, but the quicktime events for every single attack are ANNOYING. People don't play RPGs for quicktime events. In fact, they're one of the most hated mechanics in the entire genre if not all of gaming. You haven't just included them here, you've overloaded us with them.
If you revisit this, please consider giving us an option for regular RPG strategic controls, like you did later in Medieval Cop where you gave us the opportunity to opt out of timed responses in debates.
Do this, and you'll have a winner on your hands.

I like the idea and love the combat system, though it could do with a bit more detail on damage types/vulnerabilities. The minigames are a very nice touch that keeps it from becoming a slog.
My only real complaint, aside from a handful of typos, is the art. It's very inconsistent and you can tell that the sprites have come from all over, and it's irritating when the portraits are in completely different styles from each other.
Overall, I'm definitely looking forward to more!

It's an amazing game, but I have two tips.
1: Don't immediatly start the minigames after we planned the last attack. I have to respond very quickly in order to ake the first.
2: When walking through such a long hallway, make a little less fights, because that makes it a little too repetitive.
I hope you'll read this and make a second chapter!!

You should give Rory supevillain name OneShot since the vampire is BlodShot. it whould be a nice way to thank the people who rated the game highly.

Please, make this a series. The mini games were hard at first, but this added a nice depth to the combat where you needed to know your moves more than just a rock-papper-scissors of types. I have to agree with Unknown88888, the boss was somewhat easier than the the mobs of the level, still an amazing game.
