We'll pay you 200 dollars to kill some rogues. No? How about 300? No? What if I offered 100? How about 200 again? Are you sure you don't want to do it for 100? Forget it, just deliver this while you're walking to the next city for 600.

Wait, wait, wait! I'm gonna get paid 550gp to deliver something across the water and the boat fee is 4000gp. Yeaaaah, not gonna happen.

I want a button to sell everything in my inv at the same time.. To drag and drop 50 different items is quite annoying

Well, lemme just say, preparing for an assault on Alexandria without any large cities conquered, I'd prefer if we had a more advanced mechanism for recruiting our soldiers than clicking and dragging. Maybe a, "How many of this unit do you want to recruit?" and then sort out your army.

yeah I did the hard badge before the medium XD
and once you get art of war/patriotism all the way up, and get your nations best unit, your pretty much set. Finished game at lvl 45, with 4800 health, and I'm very sure that one of my Crusaders could easily take me down. stupid NPCs have 2250 health each, and do an average of 400 damage....how 400, I have no idea...but for the last half of the game, i didn't need to be in the fight/I was in the way =P

For an easy win (no weapon or armor needed), start off as Edgar (first guy). Start doing quests that give you the most gold and involve going to the 5 closest cities to your starting city (Trapezus). Spend all the money you earn on more units until you have a decent sized army. Then do quest involving rogues to level up. First stat in get up is Intel to 50. Then as you level max out Art of War and Patriotism followed by Intel. Once you have a large army conquer Arretium. Continue to do quest and spend the gold on Town Guards, Line Infantry and Crossbowman. Once you have a large army of them, conquer Alexandria. Which should be no problem if you army is large enough. Then buy 5 Golden Riders (front) and 5 Elite Snipers (back) which are the last units you will need to conquer every other city without losing a unit.

Hard badge: Start out as Sieg (Far East Empire) and at first focus on Dexterity, Constitution and Far East Weapons. Do rogue quests and sell the loot for gold. Conquer Kozuke, Matsuyama, Izumo, Nagoya and Echigo in that order. Make sure you've got plenty of troops before conquering a city; around 50 of the best melee fighter you can buy should do it. Once you've captured Echigo, buy a bunch of their Black Samurai. Around 20-30 should be sufficient. These units are the strongest in the game and only Wanderburg and Alexandria should cost you a few units. From the moment you conquer Echigo, first max out Patriotism (for which you need Intelligence too), then Art of War and put any skill points left in Intelligence. Proceed to conquer every city with ease.

White screen here also while trying to play on supernova.. I suppose there goes the shiny badge of the week.. Hopefully devs fix it.

Just spam delivery quests and save up gold, then buy the best troops from the barracks and attack, you don't even have to do anything yourself except you can rage/heal them if you want. Keep doing this until you can fight harder and harder cities, and upgrade intelligence and the bottom two things (something and patriotism) to buff your army. For the medium badge, just equip something with the "Mysterious __ of Death" modifier on it (as gun3241 stated).

Protip: Medium badge requires the ability to do 500+ damage with current equipment, not that you actually do that damage.

I'll give out two tips that I never knew, for the Medium badge, and I think 90% of the players don't know them.
1 - The medium badge requires you to be able to deal 500 damage (Shown in your inventory), not to actually deal it, so stop jumping into battles trying to deal 500 damage by luck.
2 - The enhanced (Blue Background) items aren't useless, read their description in the inventory, most of them enhance your damage capability. Click (+) so more people can know these two tips.
Good advice! And lawlz @ the medium badge being earned less than the hard badge. I think I might have set the medium badge threshold too high... sorry everyone!

To get the second badge: Just equip enchanted items (they appear more likely when your level is high), like Mysterious of death, so you should be able to deal 500+ damage with little effort.

Oh look, a wanderer. Lets pay him $750 to deliver a package to a town that's probably 200 meters away, but we're to lazy so we'll just make him do it.

I feel like Kong failed to take into account EOL for Flash. White screen of death even after trying to use Supernova.

Quick tip for the 500 max damage in one hit, use something with high accuracy, and get 4 items that all have the "Rage" modifier.

There I was, with the best armor and the best horse, completely unkillable, and I had the shittiest sword ever. All combats take almost half an hour, so I decided to write a comment in my free-time.

using an equip with "mysterious" and "of Death" equips gives you insta medium badge...with bonus 1k damage + 100% hit rate and 90% crit chance, that would ensure your 500 damage badge. I'm using 2 equips with those variant and i easily do 2k damage. but lol i only got 38 hp coz of them.

Protip for medium badge: keep an eye out for enchanted equipment (those ones with blue background). Some of them increase damage by 100 or so. Badge counts the damage you CAN deal, not the damage you have dealt. To track how much damage you can do, open inventory and hover your mouse to the character. [+] to keep it alive!

To get Strength of a Warrior badge: Keep blue weapons and armour and check it out in your inventory, it'll show more information about it. Some increase damage by 0-1000.

Sick game, but I wish I could buy mass quantities of guys instead of just 1 by 1, like hold shift down and it buys a group of 10 guys.

the easiest way to win is to pick far eastern empire and fight until you can control Echigo. Recruit black samurai from there, maximize Patriotism and Art of War.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
There is a "Mysterious xx of death" modifier that makes your damage 0-1000 just from equipping the item, makes the medium badge (and the rest of the game) a breeze

And you know, there must be a point where "bandits" become "Crusaders against the terrorising invaders" Also, thanks for that japan tip, them 5k units are epic.

For the medium badge, I recommend starting as the ninja woman in black and look for the Mysterious Samurai Bow of Death. For the hard badge, only increase stats that you need in order to carry the best weapons (black samurais and knights of the Holy Order) and then only increase INT, Art of War and Patriotism. Your army will be OP as hell. + if this helped.

There needs to be an option to retreat instead of fighting in aggressive cities. Not so much for regular use, but I've run into a bug where every time I die I respawn in an aggressive city with no option but to fight. I'm vastly outmatched, and all of my saves land me in the same spot. So you know, that's annoying.

The best units are the Great Hero and the Black Samurai. Hero is from Grouzeno (northern most town of the forest land on an island). Samurai is from Echigo (small town on north island of east empire). The hero has most health and def, the samurai has best dex and a quick attack. Both kick ass! Plz rate so more can know!

For those curious about how to play Feudalism post-Flash with the SuperNova SWF Enabler plug-in, use this address provided below by copying the entirety of it and pasting it onto the address bar at the top of your browser to ensure that it bypasses the ‘GameShell’ issue that have plagued many earlier games of Kongregate: supernova://play/?swfurl=https://chat.kongregate.com/game_files/0000/3897/feud_1041k.swf?kongregate_game_version=1205904559 Make sure that your latest installation of SuperNova works correctly, as it will not function if it cannot load games that can work fine without this bypassing of the SWF files here. As a tip for this game, start off by doing fetch quests at your starting city to nearby towns and cities for building up cash that can be used to build your troops up as well as upgrade them, then conquer the nearby towns to begin upgrading your units for further conquering.

Nice to know only NPC archers can aim their shots, while you need to shoot in a straight line! Must've looked so impressive to my troops when I kept shooting at a tree in front of me

Spoilers: if you want an easy way to win the whole game, be a ninja and fight your way to Echigo. The black samurai are the most op units in the game and you'd need only 15 to win
