Flame yourself like in the training video, nuke yourself with the microwave, go downstairs, get an umbrella through your chest as you make your way to the science lab to get killed by axemen. They have 5 attack, 0 armour and 50 HP, you should have only 44/100 by the time you get there.... ;p

when you first start go to the elevtor than go past the mail room into the computer room.
than go up to one of the geeks and keep on pressing the space bar.
