This is a clone of Risk with a few modified rules. It gives the defender a huge advantage of being able to use 3 dice. Risk cards and continents are gone, which however, is not a bad change, since you can now purely focus on conquering and holding the highest number of countries. The graphics and sounds are nice and the gameplay controls are also quite good. But the battle system needs to be rethought in my opinion: First, the defender should not have such a great advantage and attacking with a huge army should therefore pay off. In Risk, it may happen that 10 attacking troops lose against 3, but that's quite rare. In this game this happens more often. Also, the number of troops one can advance to the last country should be freely determinable and not just be determined by the number of troops used on the very last attack. There are also a few bugs, one of them on the Europe map: I can move from Finland to Moscow-Russia but not vice versa.
Otherwise, a solid game. 4/5

lalala... takes ages for this computer player to finish his turn (been 10 minutes for it to roll the dices and attacking my countries)

Europe is too aggravating. I guess the three computer players formed a non-aggression treaty, because they all stopped attacking each other and are just hording troops. Battles are hugely skewed towards the defender, and this places you in the position of always being the attacker. Did I mention my army of 37 dropped to 6 when one troop was killed? Fascinating math, there. I would love a playable version of this game.

If you outnumber the other guys by 20 to 5, you should be owning him completely... a dice roll where a small army beats a huge army is insane. 1 star

Games should be playtested before release. This is a buggy mess. You can move as many troops as you want (in fact you can *create* troops out of nothing by cheating the "move" command). Board setup is schizophrenic (why should one team start with 20+ armies in one nation and everyone else with <10?). This needs a lot of work.

These bugs...woah. You should really test your games first...I mean some of these are simple! Countries beside eachother can't interact? Type any number into the movement box works? Type a letter totally screws it over and stops it from interacting at all? That's not including my distaste for the bad copy of risk in general...

there are some serious bugs here,
look at the move command,
you can type in how many armies you want to send, and this ignores the limit on sending armies. Plus you still keep the territories.

10v2 guess who won? yep, the 2. that 2 army reduced my 10 army to 1. moving also sucked, lots of lines and stuff getting in the way.

moving is horrible... you definatly messed that up. moving an army around is too hard, as a large one cant make a massive attack, which was very fun. id rather pay for a good game than play this.

As has been previously stated, the balance is waaaaay off. Unless you have at least more than 3 armies more than the country you are attacking, it is impossible to win, or even weaken the defences.

Interesting way of turning Risk into a series of mini-games. Generally, I like it, though there is room for improvement. The odds need to be rebalanced. The odds in Risk were set up the way they were to keep balance. By adding the extra defensive dice in this adaptation, the odds of the entire game have been thrown out of alignment. A little time spent re-balancing the odds will help tighten this game up and make it better. Check out Dice Wars if you want to see another Risk-like adaptation that uses a different dice combat scheme.

Game makes defense way too advantageous. Computer will eventually end up doing nothing but stockpiling troops. (like europe) It gets too boring.

Dice rolls game are terrible. It may look pretty, but the only real strategy is to keep your front line as narrow as possible and push forward slowly. After that, it's complete luck. The app itself was well done, but it's Risk. 2/5

Make sure you click Ok after you add men.. If you add men and click end turn the number of men will go up, but if you attack/move/get attacked they will disappear.
