This is the first of your games I've played, and I have to say - I'm hooked! Sometimes a little difficult to get direction, but overall plays very well. Love the dialogue too, it's hilarious. Great job!

great game. its detailed, thought provoking and good story line. my only pet peeve is at certain parts (car game, eg) that you have to replay if you dont beat the 1st time, it gets old fast to have to repeat dialogue in between every try. i wish it was just 1st time you saw the dialogue and subsequent tries it was skipped

Wait wait wait. After trying to use both the cellular phones which work to use the florist's number, I have to use a freaking PAY PHONE? What the crap?

really liking the story more than i thought I would. art style is nice and the dialogue is not to long or short. Only complaint is that there are too many logical jumps. Everyone just "happens" to have the next item even though it is totally unrelated. It makes it tricky to find where to go next. Dark and not for everyone, but still high quality, and non-linear is always a good thing.

I played through the whole thing and you are entirely incapable of making a game flow. You shouldn't just suddenly get 5 items from one place at a time, with no other indication of where to go or what to do. Pixel hunting doesn't make this game better, just longer. If the player is bottlenecked into a situation where they have to find the one flag event required to advance everyone's dialogue, you have missed the mark. 2/5

So, I have both an old crappy cell phone AND a new, high-tech super-duper top-notch stealth cell phone in my possessions, yet when I want to call a florist I have to cough up a dollar to use a payphone? That's just stupid.

time sensitive things are no good - like the needle not being on the fence til later... means that i might have to go check time sensitive things any time i might need something... as opposed to them just being there... :/

Stupidly random. Bad writing. Not fun. Working solutions rarely make sense, and things that do make sense don't work. I have money and the clerk is selling batteries. Why can't I just buy one? I'm a girl, why can't I get into the nightclub? Why does the the girl in the bar without money to buy clothes give me a disposable camera? Why is there a needle stuck in the fence? Why are locations not visitable until I magically need to go there next? The entire story and game is completely contrived nonsense.

I like this game, it's fun it has a good sense of humor and the main character is very likable. The npcs are also very fun too, ranging from annoyingly hillarious to down right cuddly (Dory xD)
Gave this 5 stars, fav'd it instantly, this game kept me going till the end. I can only complain about how obscure some of the item combinations were, also how some wouldn't let me combine or use them till they became necessary, making it even more confusing xD ah whatever, it was fun, and apparently it's got multiple ways of doing things if your post is truthful, so an extra star for multiple creativity insuring fun no matter how many replays.

Just beat the game, and let me say- Wow. It's not every day that you find a game lie this on the internet. I haven't played part one, but I'm about to. PLEASE continue to make games like this!

could be great game, but things like "check every section of fence for needle" (which I got from the walkthrough on your site) are bad game design. there's nothing distinguishing aboot one piece of fence from another, so if I try one and it says it's just a wooden fence, then I have no reason to suspect other parts of the same fence to be any different. The effect you get from this is that it becomes a 'check every square' type of adventure.

No that's fine, I didn't want to mute these annoying-ass noises anyway. Seriously, what the hell were you thinking? "Okay, the user can change the voice settings and get rid of the music. But you know, I think that forcing them to listen to tedious beep noises every time they press a button would add wonderfully to the dark, serious atmosphere."

Great game. I love RPGs, especially when they're all 80's-retro pixel-style! And the dialogue is great, a little long at times, but still pretty good. The characters are fleshed out within having one -sometimes long- conversation with them, and while the game controls are a little confusing (space this, I this, ESC this..) it's still a good game... 3.5/5 = 4/5

I'm sorry, I want to like this game, but after aimlessly wandering around every shop several times, I'm still stuck on 2%. Can we please get a walkthrough, or maybe hints if you get stuck?

You have a working cellphone, but you have to use a payphone in order to deliver flowers =P Very entertaining game, though, and well put together
