I've played this game so much my worst run on the first day has been $0 (I was actually flying for 11 seconds and I didn't hit a thing) and my best has been $2260.

THe five day badge is a pain. Essentially, you want full band and full height and you will get to space without anything else. However, buy one or two e-rockets in the middle.
IMPORTANT NOTE
If you click on the upgrade that is farther down the line, you don't have to pay for the upgrades before it!!!!!!

I had to play for 3 hours, and then finally, i got $2260 on the first level! I don't know if I should say that I was lucky because I got that much money, or I was unlucky because it took me 3 hours :P

i got $3000 on the first day and i thought and i knew i had in less then 45 days. day 4 i got it without hitting a platform or using a e-rocket. i am still cheering about it

After about an hour of playing I have finally gotten the hard badge. I found that it was easiest to get by investing in all 3 e rockets and all elastic upgrades. If you get all band upgrades, all erocket upgrades, and all but three of the launcher upgrades you will not even have to use all rockets before you are in space. I hope this helps :)

in the high-scores it shows a lot of people wining in 1 day, while skeptical i call B***S*** on 100 people getting such a score today alone, is there some kind of glitch we should be aware of?

It's easier if you do NOT start with 2 band and 2 height.
I started with 3 height first and got more than 1000$ each try. got far less with 2 band 2 height

There should never be a possibility, on launcher games like this, to get absolutely no money on the first launch. Shouldn't be possible on any launch for that matter.

I'm done with this. Refreshing the page just to get to the first day with no launchers or coins around at all and repeating endlessly is not worth the points, I'll stick with my easy and medium badges.

one star - "hated it" that it made me refresh dozens of times in an attempt to get the hard badge. gave up after about 40 attempts. would've been 3 or 4 stars with a restart button.

This is something I noticed: if you buy your upgrades in bulk, they're a lot cheaper than if you buy them individually.
i.e. On the first day, people reccomend buying rank 2 band and launcher, but if you buy them level by level, you can only get rank 2 band and rank 1 launcher. Additionally, for e-rockets, if you buy all three at once you only pay $1,500, but if you buy it level by level it's $500 for rank 1, $1000 for rank 2, $1500 for rank 3.
So when you're trying to finish the game in under 5 days, keep this in mind! As you don't want to be spending excessively!
What I did to get the hard badge, was put all the cash earned the previous day into one upgrade.

After about ten tries of doing TheRealPip's strategy, I somehow made a bunch of money on day two and bought max E rocket, then bought parachute, and made around 20,000 on day four and the rest is history, maxed everything and made it to space without pressing a button. I didn't think it was possible but hey, it's mostly luck-based whether you do well.

I obtained the badge in just enough time. "Only" got enough to obtain a parachute on the first day, and actually had an abysmal second day. I just got decent luck on day 3 and unusually good on day 4, using my parachutes to stay in the air for as long as possible, grab coins, and hope for the right platforms. That's really all this badge is: hoping for the right stuff to spawn on the screen. It's entirely possible to not obtain any money at *all*; it even happened to me on a couple of runs. Gold coins and platforms, and to a lesser extent green platforms, give so much money that whether you can get the badge or not depends a great deal on how many, *if* any, the game decides to spawn. Have fun, folks.

How to get it in 4-5 days: Day 1: At the start buy 2 band, 2 launcher you have to get AT LEAST 64.00 Day 2: Buy 1 E-rocket 2 Parachute and buy as much Band Upgrade this time get at least 45-50$. Day 3: Buy E-rocket full band max and parachute full this time get 60-65$. Day 4: MAX OUT BAND AND LAUNCHER and you have the badge (remember to use E-rocket even if you are sure you will get it!)

Is anyone else findig the controls really buggy? Like the rockets fire and refuse to turn off, and sometimes the parachute or emergency rocket doesn't respond even if I hit the keys?
