HOLY COW I BEEN WAITING FOREVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You not having the regular kind of hints makes me just not want to play it, because it gave me a false sense of achievement, instead of now where I'm getting a real sense of anger. lol

I actually like the new hint system. It forces you to think about what elements could combine to create the new element.

Ah, Doodle God. The random walk of creationism. Or, in the words of Cave Johnson, "I'll be honest, we're throwing science at the walls here to see what sticks. No idea what it'll do."

THE HINTS SUCK!!!!!!
iam not playing this game until some real hints are coming up
I arent supposed to know how to make plasma and such , iam not an darn scientist!!!!! it looks good so far so i give it a 3/5 until the hint system are fixed (i he fixed that i give a 5/5 for sure)

agreed that the hints are useless. Also, i love the concept of this game, but more than half of the combinations are so completely abstract that finishing the game without a walkthrough is ridiculously hard and contains a lot of guessing. Void + Electricity = Radio Wave? how would i have ever figured that if i hadnt dragged it accidently?

The thing is that the game is just way more hard than the first. Starting with WAY more elements to try together and with a poorer hint system, I don't think I'll finish this game. I was having more fun assembling those witty combinations and reading the quote than just clicking one element and clicking another one until a combination randomly happens.

I'm aware it's been said several times already, but the new hint system really is terrible. The old one required enough guesswork as it is; the new one is all but useless.

this is so dumb. the elements need more combinations. electricity + lightbulb + metal + glass + void + energy none of these make a tv. wtf man. your god is a dumbass retard who cant make even a tv but humans can

don't get me wrong this game is great like the previous instalments but the new hint system is awful. after seeing badim post a link to a walkthrough it seems it maybe intentional as people would have to look at that and possibly rate it up. with the old hint system there was no need for a walkthrough.

oo im stuck, i better use a hint! hmm something + something else gets me something i dont have! i would have never guessed! this new hint system is awful. yes its fairly affective for early on and creating basic elements like glass where most people know whats required to make it, but for something abstract or complex its not much help especially when we have over a hundred elements and with each element comes exponentially more combinations it is no help at all. the first doodle god and doodle devil's hints just gave us a combination, not so much of a hint as an answer. a middle ground would be nice, give us 1 part of the combination and the resulting element and let us figure out the other necessary element. example: fire + ? = glass

The original hint system was better. However, as an improvement, how about letting us see maybe 3 elements at a time we have yet to create, then by pressing hint we see how to create one of those elements?

To those complaining about hints. THEY ARE HINTS, nothing more, nothing less. They aren't meant to solve everything for you, they are meant to help you along the path of solving it. For example I didn't know the game had glass as an element, but it became glaringly obvious what was needed when it listed it.
Anyway, in a puzzle with multiple paths to the same end, all you need to know is the destination.

Wait god is a cyclops? Maybe there IS something to this "religion" bit. . .
And yes, its obviously a magnifying glass, blah blah blah.

It's just that thing where sometimes, something just stops being fun, or you just don't like it anymore. You don't really know why suddenly you don't like it, you just don't anymore...
