I think tacking on chapters was definitely the wrong way to go with this. You end up with senseless categories, inventions wildly out of sequence, and no progression at all from elemental building blocks or general creations to specifics (you create death metal, and then later you create music). Because everything is so nonsensical, you feel like you're just blindly combining elements to see what they'll do, which is only fun for a short while.
I hope you see what people liked and didn't like from the first two and doodle devil and create a doodle god 3 from scratch, without any artificial breaks (though maybe god could add Void after you've found a certain # of elements, and remove all the medieval/magical stuff after you've found all of those elements), and with a sensible progression from concepts or basics to specific inventions. Also, please run your "recipes" by someone who thinks differently than you do, to make sure everything makes sense to other people.

Great game, just too repetitive and gets annoying after a while of trying to combine the same thing over and over without realising.

Tools + Law = Mechanism? Brilliant.
Finally got the badge, no reason to continue. Why does a game which consists entirely of trying combinations at random get badges?

Playing this game gives me weird sense of deja vu. Almost like I've played this before. You know, when I played THE FIRST ONE.

This is a great and fun game. But as crsunlimited pointed out (and I'm sure others have pointed this out aswell) it's really annoying that combinations that didn't work before suddenly work when you reach stage 2 and 3. I don't like that you force players to discover elements in the order that you want to.

I love the game itself, but it's getting so much harder to find anything that combines, like I accidentally combined The Sun and A flower and it made a Sunflower. Haha, very funny.
