Well the patient got his heart transplant. Too bad I also left 12 scalpels, two metal boxes, and a bunch of glass shards in his chest cavity.... I'm sure he'll be fine.

Sorry Bob,While scooping out your heart and breaking your ribs and not stiching your valves your have died.And during your 2x kidney transplant,we ripped everything out still dint stich anything.while REMOVEING YOUR BRAIN,you got a nice new one that STILL wasent stiched!

the concept made me ROFLMAO , but sadly i don't have the patience to master the control to even hurt the guy , all i could do is drop a scalpel in him and trow all the other instrument on the floor trying to grab something.i hope that if i end up in the hospital someday i wont end up with that kind of doctor

i tried to just do a simple operation but after 10 min i ripped out his lungs and just threw them at him...im sorry bob

After loosing 3 knifes inside the patient i just decided i swing around with my last knife, i finally got the heart out of the patient and gladly found the new heart. Operation was perfect

Ok, the ribs have been painstakingly removed, the patient has a strong supply of blood left after nudging a bit too hard with the hammer, he's bleeding slowly but manageable. Now to remove the old heart, I appear to be too drunk to handle scalpels so lets do it with a pen. Ok it appears the patient's heart has developed some sort of bulletproof membrane over it's veins and arteries. Ok fine, we put the new heart in and replace almost all of the ribs, put the cloth back over him and quietly leave the room.

That's one tough patient. And not a good game. But I guess a "Surgeon Simulator" has to be ridiculously hard. Waiting for "Diagnosis Simulator".

oh thank god you don't have to close him back up again - cause i have no idea where half his ribs went after i smashed them with a hammer .. also what do you mean a ballpoint pen isnt a valid surgical tool??

The transplant went great! At first, I used my hands to pull out his rib cage and his heart! Then, I stabbed the heart I needed to put in so it wasn't to heavy! I got an A++!!!

Sure the controls are clumsy, but that's half the fun! The other half comes from cutting his ribs with the hammer, removing his lungs with the hammer, severing his blood vessels with the hammer, and pushing the new heart into his chest cavity along with some q-tips and the cup they came in with the hammer.

It's easy to mess up, but if you're careful and use the right tools you can consistently get A++'s whenever you attempt this game.

I ripped the guys rib cage open with a hammer and it said, "It's hammer time!" lol. Then bones and lungs went flying.
