i want some more intelligent opponents.
just need to build up your economy - which he neglects - and you win automatically... on any difficulty level

When you get just a couple of rifleman by the castle its ober. The thing about making troops "one by one" make it impossible to beat that situation.

Very good game. The way to win (like I did) is to first create a windmill, then transport, then alchemy when it comes. Don't worry too much about the health of your city. If invaders are attacking it, though, prepare an army. Always have some figting force ready at your gates to fend off enemies. Then, upgrade - this is how I did it.
Barracks, Windmill, Blacksmith, Keep, Weapons Upgrades, Chapel, Factory (or whatever makes better gates and cannons), Gate, Monastary, Castle, WIN!

Just discovered a glitch to easily beat the game on Hard mode. Play through the game on Easy and make an army of the stronger units. Send them to attack the enemy base. When they start attacking the base, pause the game. Left-click and select the "Play" option. Start a new game on Hard and your units will be there attacking the new base.
P.S. "A Tale of Two Cities" may have been a bit more appropriate.

Rip off of Blade of Innocence. Most of the units and buildings are the same so it's basically The Blade of Innocence with different graphics.

Seems like it would be an awesome game. However, all I did was follow this build and I beat the computer on every level and only took 6 damage on hard.

I'm not that good, but even I won easily on Hard. One you have the tactics down, bobs your uncle..great game, better than the one its based off:}

very nice game indeed, but needs a function to determine the speed for example x2 and x4.i give 5/5 cause i want it to be promoted

Hahaha, I forgot I was playing on easy the first time. Hard is not that hard, though, and with the right kind of strategy it was very simple.

Addicting and simple. Though as Hakkoun already mentioned, movement is a bit slow. But to me that's not a problem... I'd rather have a game too slow than too fast ;). Once again, great game, 5/5
