Sick of seeing crappy MMOs popping up everywhere (and getting badges) around here. When I joined Kongregate it was precisely NOT to play MMOs.

I'd try to drill a hole in my own head rather than play this load of bullshit... Kong must be getting a fair share of profit from games like this if it keeps all this garbage.

I hate when games like this get badged =\. And there is this whole deluge of great unbadged games newly come out and *still* something like this gets badged. These sort of games are endurance badges of the worst sort imo. But beggars cant be choosers, I suppose, I'm a badge whore and will even service ugly, unwashed, lice ridden badges... if perhaps not as readily as something handsome, like that new zombie game. You know the game. Ohhh yeah, cute stuff.

I hate these MMOs that get badges probably even more than the next guy. Honestly though guys, the game wouldn't even get badges if the rating was lower. Don't rate MMOs high enough and Kong won't have the opportunity to badge them.

Who else noticed that Evony is censored in chat? If you haven't yet, go ahead and try it! But just another one of "those" games. I am probably backing out of it after the medium badge. At least S&P tried to be fun

Judging by these comments and what I read in the chat room most of you played this game for 10 mins. tops and gave up. It is not complex at all and sorry if you can't understand the tutorial, but this game is common sense if you have played any MMO. You don't need to pay ANY money to do well and have fun in this game. Complaining that you have to wait 15-30 secs for a fight scene is incredibly stupid, especially since you can tweak your tactics and skills that way. Since when don't you wait for a fight scene in games like this? Nothing new to the genre.

Unlike most MMO's on here you can get everything without spending any real money, there is actual strategy involved(more so at higher levels, admittedly) as the different formations have advantages against each other, the game is being updated on a regular basis, and it wasn't laggy until the badges caused traffic to shoot up 2000%. All in all, one of the only mmo's they've promoted that I've stuck with. Half the game doesn't unlock till you hit level 30, so hold off on the hating, even if you don't want to play that far.

Paying to skip the animation is no longer the lamest thing I've ever heard, being given a chest as a gift and having to BUY A KEY to open it is the lamest thing I've ever heard. I'm sure they'll manage to outdo themselves again, but I'll spare everyone any more comments. I'll give MMOs a chance to see how much trouble that badges are, but screw this. If I play too long, you'll probably charge me to quit.

i sit here, playing this game, having fun... and i'm not spending a cent. how come just because a game asks for contributions people freak out? if a game forced me to pay to play, i would avoid it. if it asks me to pay often, then i'll ignore the requests. simple as that.

I stopped playing this game when it said "[tips] VIP can give you many privileges in COG". That was still at the loading screen.

Haven't I played this game before? Oh wait, no, that was the endless stream of identical Flash MMOs that have plagued us for a couple years now. You could at least TRY to be original. I'd be more likely to spend more time playing a mediocre original game than yet another clone.

you know what i love, tutorials that try to teach how to do something by telling you to click this and then click that and voila you did that. i end up going "wait, how did i do that?" most of the time. LUCKILY, i've played this game before, ceasary it was called back then. but i think they changed the name or something. glad to see it's back on Kong.

Its worth playing this just for the dodgy Engrish translations. Its like they ripped a game engine out of something like Legend of Mir and forgot to actually make the translations make sense.

Based on the comments above, I guess I'm glad that NoScript is disallowing the games server from loading this. Kongregate really should put some quality control into which games are allowed to implement badges. I suppose that since this game makes them money, they are willing to let it pass inspection. Tsk Tsk.. It's practices like this that cause people to switch sites.

Ahaha, you've got to be kidding me. When the game loaded and I got to the character selection screen, I thought: "cool music, cool graphics, near-naked babes, what's all this drama?" Well - I was prompty greeted with a [500 Internal Server Error].
Nicely done, have fun making any money off this game.

Tell me why somebody thought that removing the ability to control your character was a good idea. Or why they thought amazingly skimpy female characters would be appealing. Or why this game should've been made.

I'm usually the first one on the "Get premium-type games out of my Kong"-bandwagon, but I have to say I disagree with the critics here:
This game can be enjoyed without paying a dime (imo) and it doesn't shove the "premium"-content in your face too much.
