This game...is acctually boring, try bringing some more gears into play or something to make it a bit different instead of repetitive. And btw Dr McDonalds, your spelling is fail if you're going to comment, say what you don't like.

Interesting concept, but as others have said, repetitive. The "switch" gear is good, so is having unmovable ones. I'd try for more like those, they make it a bit more interesting. I see no reason at all for the panel that the user slides; what's that for? It's annoying in that it gets in the way, but it doesn't do much to add to the challenge of anything. What I don't get is why have a score breakdown at the end of each level if you're not keeping track anywhere? Likewise, the "score" is partly based off of how much you spend on gears. So, why not display the price of the various sizes when you hover over the button for them?
The rendering is good, and I like the robot. Some changes and this game is awesome. cheers.

This game gets very repetitive and boring after a while and the gear link detection system is still pretty buggy/bad. Overall, 3/5. -2 for the repetitiveness and bad gear detection. *The person below me is a n00b. =D*

Boring u spin gears!!!! omg who cares i mean its supposed to be a puzzle game all the puzzles are to much alike and stupid 1/5
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
interesting... not the best execution but fun and probably worthy of badges but nothing more than medium because it is fairly easy 4/5
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
this would be great if it were actually playable. the gears are too specific and even the ones which should be easy to place take entirely too much effort. this could easily be a 5/5 but at this stage i would be hesitant to give it a 3/5.

Gears are now even EASIER to hook together.. in my view too easy, but lets see if everyone else thinks so! Also, you can now retrieve gears that fall behind the gear creation buttons and some small other things were added.

Good concept, but poor execution. When I have my gears perfectly aligned, tooth in tooth, it doesn't work, and the detection system seems tempermental. Major flaw, but otherwise good game. 3/5.

Wait, you flagged a game because you find it boring?
The gear placement is annoying, although the fix helps a lot. Could be much better. 3/5

Okay, the fixed joint system makes the game MUCH better. Still, there are a few details that should be considered; for instance, when a cog falls in the area of the "cog purchase" (bottom-right of the screen) you can't retrieve it. Other than that, the game work quite well. I really like it. 4/5

I love it! Simply great, I'd love some badges! And those complaining about it: You can move the gears after they've been placed.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
errr just move the gears till you get them into the red spots and stuff.... pretty easy, all you have to know is that touching gears spin in the opposite way..... kinda boring and the sliding bar thing is a waste of time... 1/5 and flagged

I love this kind of game and the graphics are very nice. Worth playing through. More levels and more intricate puzzles would be cool. ;) This would be a good start. Keep at it, I look forward to Gears 2. :D

the money is pointless, even with the time penalty draining your bank there is still a huge amount of excess cash after you've bought all the necessary gears

Level 19: At this point, I just give up. I can't seem to place a gear under those moveable bars, even when I need to. There's no real alternative. In retrospect, if you're so desperate to add difficulty to a game that you resort to blocking their vision, you've come to a bad concept.

easy and boring its ok but easy as long as you are a visual person not even cloce to fantastic contraption incredibots shift and other puzzles but its ok i dont suggest it for badegs though

Theres at least 2 levels that i've done that you can skip most of the gears and just put a gear or two from the start to the finish.
2/5, being able to sell gears and get them back when they fall behind a wall, and the gears are way too hard to align properly.

Good game, reasonable engaging, but overly sensitive given the time penalty. Needs to be less sensitive about placement, or more forgiving on the time penalty for more than a 3.

I really wanted to give this game a 5, but the sensitivity of the controls and placement made it a lot more frustrating than it had to be. More often than not it felt like being one pixel off would make the contraption vomit out a crucial gear, forcing me to spend minutes finding the precise, perfect placement it required.

completed, didnt have any trouble, well apart from the cogs not sticking when i wanted which took ages. Other than that great game. 4/5
